"My girl, My beautiful Eva." He hopped down from his horse and embraced his daughter. The most important thing was that people came to wrap the Elves in warm furs. A portal opened near us. "Good, He got my call," Rina said, seeing the portal evoked a feeling of nostalgia, the deep greens. It was Ithildor, Our family friend. He stepped through the portal. His Green formal attire, embroidered in leaf-like patterns, is reminiscent of his homeland. His long raven hair flowed in the cold wind. A warm smile crossed his cold features when he saw us,
"There you two are. I've been looking for you." He said calmly, his accent was heavy, and he still wasn't used to Imperial Common. "Would Norse be better for you, friend?" I asked, "Most definitely." The familiar feeling on his tongue was much more emotive than him speaking Common, when he does it all sounds flat. But his Norse is so packed with emotion. He grimaced when he caught sight of the Elves with us, "Their ears have been clipped off like cattle. The one responsible...?" he asked "Dead" I replied, "Good, I'll take them from here on, take them back to the Haven when they recover then I will take them back to their own." I smiled and waved him and the other Elves off as they entered his Elven Portal disappearing into its green hues before it dissipated. After, we got our payment from the Duke, his thanks and his promise he would not call upon our house again unless in the darkest of times. I parted ways with Callum and Violet, people I considered friends in the short week trapped in this Town. Against my advice, the cultist survivors who renounced their beliefs were welcomed into Tauren with open arms. Me, Rina, Tyler, Ryan and Laura sat around a fire, we were all on the road just outside of the Town. "It feels like an eternity since I saw the outside." Ryan said between sips of a bowl of stew, "You're a good cook, Rina, thank you." Ryan continued "May I...?" Tyler chuckled at Ryan, "I think you've had enough." he playfully rubbed his back, but the playfulness became more intimate. Are they homosexual? Is it rude to ask? Thankfully, I didn't need to, "You two are together, right?" Asked Rina, rather flatly, Tyler chuckled "Is it that obvious?" he replied sarcastically, "Homosexuals may not be so common down here, but back home there's lots of us. I suppose people here are too busy trying not to die or dying to think about sexuality. It's damn hard trying to get an hour alone." Tyler sighed, "If I knew it would be so rough out here, I wouldn't have left home..." The poor guy must be homesick. I gave Rina a 'let's help them look' but I don't think Rina got it. "Are there women in the Plains that do the same?" Rina asked, completely ignoring my messages "Yes, there's quite a few, why?" Rina shrugged, "I was curious." she rocked herself back and forth as if listening to music. Something seemed to click in her mind, "Oh, that's what you meant?" she said turning to me, "Offer them a place to stay? What about her? Can she come?" an innocent smile on her lips, "That's what I was asking you. Can they stay with us?" Rina violently nodded, "Most definitely"
