Chapter 1 - What if...?

What if the Bermuda Triangle is hiding something? What if it's protecting a dangerous secret? Could it be that the government conceals the truth by telling us fabricated stories?

"The Bermuda Triangle"

"I watched a massive bolt of lightning strike the ocean from St. David's Lighthouse. It was like nothing I'd seen before—it wasn't just lightning. It was nearly 9:30 p.m.; I'd last checked the clock at 9, so it must have been close. I thought it was a good idea to investigate, but what I saw next..."

A bluish-green lightning bolt struck directly into the Bermuda Triangle. I'd heard countless stories of the Triangle's curse. Usually, it's covered in clouds, as if to veil its secrets. I settled down with a book on pirates and thieves. The old pages smelled musty, like aged wood, almost unpleasant.

Just as I was fully invested in the story, another lightning bolt flashed, this time a deep, blood-red, staining the clouds and ocean as if someone had splashed red paint across the sky. The next second, silence. The entire ocean became eerily still, as if it had devoured the lightning. From my viewpoint at St. David's Lighthouse, I was alone, my intrusive thoughts tried many times to conquer my brain and control me. I tried to not to look in that direction but, Then I took a step forward.

I went down to the beach, which leads to the Bermuda Triangle. Taking a boat was a terrible idea, but I began rowing out. Creeping unease filled me as I ventured farther from shore. Deeper into the Triangle, I felt an unnatural heat, like a massive boiler was hidden beneath the waves. My balance faltered, and the oce..an became... vio...lent...

The next moment, I opened my eyes in darkness, submerged deep in the ocean. I noticed... I was... Infront of a giant megalodon, yet it looked... terrified. My head throbbed, and my skin felt scorched from the ocean's heat. Then, I saw a figure—a manlike creature with the tail of a fish and large wings, holding a radiant golden instrument shaped like an "U" with five strings. He plucked the first string, and a melody rippled through the water, cooling it. But I was already slipping into unconsciousness.

When I woke, I found myself facing a massive creature, an octopus-like head. It was so big, I could imagine seeing myself in form of an ant and the octopus like-figure as Elephant. Its eyes turned a haunting shade of purple, and one of its tentacles wrapped around me. I struggled to breathe. Only thing which was blowing my mind was how I was able to breathe yet. The figure with the golden instrument appeared again, instructing me not to reveal his face. He warned that I was seeking my own death, then plucked another string. This time, the sound was inaudible, yet the ocean flickered, and I faded into unconsciousness once more.

When I regained consciousness, the figure stood before me, speaking of hidden truths and guarding a secret that was not meant for us, but for a being who was... imprisoned.

But who?

or what could it be?

That mystery lingered. With three strings remaining, he played another.

"I awoke on the shoreline, near the lighthouse. Was I dead? What happened next? Did he play all the strings? The answers remain a mystery..."
