Kurama's voice echoed from within Naruto: "Hah! Naruto, it's just a stinky tanuki... No, wait!"
"It's the famous One-Tail Shukaku!"
Naruto blinked, surprised by the sudden shift in tone.
"Is Kurama praising Shukaku? That's... odd," he thought.
Shukaku seemed equally suspicious. "What are you up to, you stinking fox?"
Ignoring the protests, Kurama continued with uncharacteristic enthusiasm: "Shukaku is the strongest tailed beast. He knows Wind Style, has vast chakra reserves, immense strength, and can even perform sealing techniques. Truly, he's the most powerful of us all!"
Lurking nearby, Rasa froze in disbelief. "When did Shukaku become so strong?"
Shukaku, however, was far from flattered. "Shut it, fox! What kind of trick are you trying to pull?!"
Kurama's voice turned sly as he addressed Naruto. "So, Naruto, the solution is obvious—layer three to five Eight Sign Seals on Shukaku right now!"
Shukaku roared, panic evident in his tone. "Stop it! I'm warning you, fox!"
Naruto sighed, picking his ears to drown out Shukaku's noise. "You're too loud, tanuki."
Shukaku's protests were drowned out by a flurry of insults, but Naruto finally got to work. Without hesitation, he layered multiple seals, weaving three Eight Sign Seals and even throwing in four Elephant Seals for good measure.
Silence followed. Shukaku's voice vanished. Even Gaara's chakra felt unnervingly calm.
A system prompt appeared in Naruto's mind:
[Ding~ System task completed. Simulation opportunity +1.]
Naruto grinned, satisfied, while Rasa stood dumbfounded.
"Naruto, is this really okay?" Rasa asked, his voice cautious.
"What do you mean?" Naruto tilted his head, genuinely confused.
Rasa studied the boy, a strange mixture of emotions brewing within him. "This child doesn't care about politics or village allegiances," he thought. "To him, this was just helping a friend, not fixing another village's weapon."
Still, Rasa couldn't shake the implications. If someone in Sunagakure had done the same, they'd be labeled a traitor and hunted down. Yet Naruto's innocence made Rasa feel ashamed for even considering such a thought.
"No problem," Rasa finally said, stepping forward to examine the seals. His eyes widened as he studied the intricate work.
"This... this seal is leagues above Chiyo's. Its complexity is beyond anything a kid should be able to perform."
Meanwhile, Temari approached her father. "Lord Kazekage, can Naruto stay in the village for a while?"
Rasa coughed awkwardly. Despite their familial bond, Temari and her siblings rarely addressed him as "father" outside their home.
"Ahem," Rasa hesitated, suddenly remembering Sarutobi Hiruzen. The Third Hokage might not take kindly to Naruto being "borrowed" by another village.
But then, Rasa reconsidered.
"Why am I afraid of Hiruzen? Naruto is a once-in-a-century genius. His staying here would be an honor for Sunagakure!"
If Naruto joined their village, it would be worth more than any political alliance. Heck, Rasa thought, he wouldn't mind offering all his children if it secured Naruto's loyalty.
"Alright," Rasa finally nodded. "You can handle this."
Just then, Gaara stirred awake. His gaze was distant, filled with a mixture of despair and confusion. But for the first time, he felt peaceful.
The usual chaos of Shukaku's presence was gone. His body felt calm, his mind unusually clear.
"Where's Shukaku?" Gaara wondered. "Is it gone? Can I... live normally now?"
Seeing his father, Gaara's expression darkened momentarily with fear and hatred.
Rasa knelt beside him. "Naruto strengthened Shukaku's seal. You should rest now."
Gaara hesitated, then closed his eyes. For the first time in years, he fell into a deep, undisturbed sleep.

A Walk Through Sunagakure
Meanwhile, Temari took Naruto on a stroll through the village to gather supplies for him. As the princess of Sunagakure, she attracted considerable attention wherever she went.
Rumors had already spread about her engagement, leaving many of her admirers confused. Seeing her walking with Naruto now only fueled their suspicions.
From behind, a voice called out. "Wait!"
Naruto turned to see a Sunagakure ninja around Temari's age, accompanied by two teammates and a JĹŤnin. They seemed to have just returned from a mission.
The ninja approached, his face a mix of sadness and desperation. "Lady Temari, are you really engaged to... this guy?"
Naruto glanced at Temari, who simply shrugged. "Calm down," she said to him, smirking. "I'm pretty popular with the boys here."
Naruto chuckled. "Hahaha! That sounds oddly familiar."
The ninja's heart sank further at the sight of their easy banter. "I understand," he muttered, dejected, before walking away.
Temari seemed relieved. "I didn't expect you to help me get rid of that guy so easily. He's been pestering me forever!"
Naruto shook his head, unfazed. As evening fell, Temari turned to him with a question.
"Naruto, do you want to stay in a hotel or at my place?"
Naruto paused, overthinking her question. His thoughts spiraled through multiple scenarios before his brain short-circuited, and he blurted out, "Can we stay at a hotel together?"
Temari stared at him, caught off guard by the boldness.
