"Interesting," Aetherion mused as he sat up in Bane's body, and then crawled out of the pod.
Over the next 6 months, Aetherion practiced old fighting techniques, trained his body to the maximum, and researched the new world he found himself in. Earth was a world with almost no energy, but it had an extremely high level of technology, allowing for things that no energy or magic could. Regardless, Aetherion absorbed it and drank in everything he could though the world wide connection of the internet.
In the seventh month, Aetherion turned his attention back to Bane's avatar, while still keeping up with current events surrounding the so called AGI: Guardian, and release date for Dominion Online. The game had already been pushed back a year, just like in Eve's memories of the future she had shown him, but the next one would be his responsibility.
