She brought out her already bleeding finger from her bag.
"How can I be so dumb to carelessly dump a razor in my bag"
She hissed.
She heard rushing footsteps of students coming to the passage,she was about to look at them when Rocco pulled her to himself.
"What's wrong?"She asked
"Just remain calm"Rocco replied
"But ur chest is obstructing...
"Shut up"
"Ok"
"We didn't know you were here"Pippa heard someone said.
"Right, now leave "Rocco commanded
"We'ld love to obey you but we can't there's something about the blood we perceived "
Pippa's ear twitched and her heart increased, were they talking about her blood?
"You've always been treated differently cause of your father and well... your powers but you can't take down all of us"
Rocco released Pippa from his grip
"Just be calm or you'll be dead in seconds" Rocco said to Pippa as she nodded then looked at the other students.
Her face turned pale white,were the vrykolakas having a secret Halloween or is she standing with realtime vampires?
"Here she is " Rocco said as he tucked his hands in his pants.
"Why? I heard you announced her as yours or is it just another rumor?"
"Y .. yours?Pippa stammered
Well don't guess,Pippa had only asked this in her fucking head
It happened in just a minute, the vampires had attacked and are now on the floor lifeless,not even a scratch from the vampires was inflicted on her.
Pippa watched the guy she had just witnessed perform an unexplainable deed walk to her then held the hand she had cutted herself.
"I'm.... I'm..... you.....'re"
"Keep shut"he looked at her with his red iris.
"Other vampires will be here soon, your blood has a strong scent"Rocco as he wanted to lick her blood but she stopped him.
"W...What are you?"
"Clean the blood before it's late"
She quickly tore a piece of her book then cleaned her finger.
"It's just a little cut, it's no longer bleeding"
"Come with me "
"What will you do to me?"
"Kill you, you can run away if you can "
"And if I run?"
Rocco walked closer to her
"I'll chase you and kill you"
Pippa froze, this isn't how she wanted to die, she's still too young.
"If you're gonna kill me anyway just do it,I don't wanna run and end up dieing,it isn't noble "
"Then it'll be no fun"
"Well...., I wasn't expecting this"They heard someone said as he approached them.
"The director?....., then Aria and Cassio came as well.
Rocco tucked his hands in his pants as Pippa went to the director.
"You're getting expelled Pippa"
"No, I'm dropping out, I won't even take my phones,I can leave from here, please....."Pippa begged in tears.
"No one is leaving"Rocco said as they looked at him
"Why haven't your iris turned black?"Aria asked
"Does that matter?"Pippa asked in tears.
"Let's hope you leave here alive"Aria replied
"Make it easy, you guys didn't see us, take care of these corpse and she leaves with me "
"Seriously Rocco? what are we? your slaves?"Cassio asked
"What then are you?"Rocco questioned as Cassio scoffed
"You wanna fight? I'm ready to give ya"Cassio said
Rocco walked to Pippa then held her and without saying another word,left with her.
"Better know the time to joke and when not to, I'm not emotionally prepared to pack your ashes".
"He called us slaves,he isn't the king but he acts like one!" Cassio half yelled
"Aria's right Cassio, don't get in his way"The director said
"Do you really think Pippa is a witch?"Aria asked
"Witches dread this school,her coven wouldn't let her come here if she was one"
"What if she doesn't belong to a coven?"

Pippa followed Rocco silently, she had been right all along,there are mystical creatures among humans.
"Why don't you just kill me?"

"I hate hard death the most, just kill me once and for all "
Rocco halted then faced her
"You're still alive cause you're a witch I need something from "
Pippa raised her eyebrows
That's right too, witches do exist.
"Are you calling me a witch? do I look like one? Witches are some ugly creatures which I'm not!"
"I've heard that a lot, hiding your scent doesn't hide you from me "
"Scent?..., the witches scent?(Scoffs) Rocco, do you mean to say that I stink?" Pippa walked closer to him with an annoyed expression.
"Step back"
"That isn't a proper way to push a lady away, I prefer death to you saying I stink,I mean imagine that coming from someone you like and also I'm not a witch "
"Return to your room, we'll meet tomorrow "
"What if I run away tonight?"
"Do it and find out what happens "
"Rocco "she called as he looked at her.
"The day our eyes met, what did you think of feel about me?"

"I hope it does "Pippa answered
"Witch, that was what I felt, death, was what I thought about "

"You should have just said nothing, what's your review on my novel?"
"I didn't read it,it won't change a thing"
Pippa entered her hostel and headed to her room,why is she becoming unlucky? She was now a target of a vampire....
