Elena sits with Alex opposite Pierre whom she tries hard not to look at but it's not easy to look away from such beauty. Is it his eyes, his kissable lips or his face entirely? Maybe it's all of the above but she knows that one look at this handsome fella will heal you mentally.
Pierre looks at Elena catching her staring. Shit. She shouldn't have looked at him for so long. He's smiling he doesn't hate that she's staring.
"You like what you see?" He asks.
"Huh?" Elena says her heart threatening to burst out of her chest.
"The magical train. You've never experienced this before right?"
"Oh, yes, I haven't. This is great." she looks around. "It's definitely an experience," she says in slow, steady breaths.
"This is not even the best part. There's so much for you to see." Pierre says and Elena begins to blush not just because of Pierre but because she's excited about what she will see out there.
Alex rolls his eyes. "Will you two get a room?"
"Alex!" Elena and Pierre yell his name in unison. Pierre looks less pissed than Elena is at him right now.
"What? I'm just saying."
The door to the other end opens up on its own and in comes a trolley full of food rolling toward them with no one moving it. It wasn't until Elena's stomach growls that she realizes that she hasn't had anything to eat today. The last thing she ate was pizza and that was last night.
She looks at the trolley in awe as it glides toward them like an invisible individual is pushing it. A ghost maybe, but it's not this is magic.
"Finally," Alex says when he sees the trolley of food. There are three of them and it's filled with lots of sweets like cake, pie, cookies, orange juice and much more. Alex has already taken a plate of cookies and is stuffing them in his mouth. Elena shakes her head at him. It's nice to know that he still eats like an animal.
Elena takes a plate of cakes and she eats them casually and regally. She doesn't eat them like a lunatic like her brother. Pierre eats his like a normal person but he's still not as poised as Elena.
Elena was destined to be a princess because even before she learned she was a princess she has been eating with poise and elegance. Her legs crossed when she sits on the chair, her pinky out when she drinks from the tea and she makes sure to dress all lady-like. She also loves watching princess movies like Barbie and The Princess Diaries.
She's always acted like a princess. It's in her blood.
She's enjoying her cake andshe takes a sip from the orange juice she had poured into her glass cup.
Next thingthe door that opened up for the trolleys to come in gets destroyed. They all jump looking to see what has caused that explosion, there's a heavy dark purple lightning hovering around the broken doors. Then in comes a couple of three people. Two men and a woman. The man up front has red hair with dark highlights, the other man has green hair with black highlights and the girl has white hair with black highlights.
There's only one kind of Magi that has black highlights in their hair and that's…
"Witches," Alex says beating Elena to it. They walk casually up front in confidence and pride. They look like how Alex described them. Scary and also raggedy. They hold their chin up as they smile at Elena. Of course, they're here for her.
"Why hello." The man with the red hair says. "We didn't come to fight we just came for the princess' power," he says and that makes Elena's blood boil. Who does he think he is coming here to act like he owns her?
"You will be touching her over my dead body," Alex says stepping up front like the valiant knight he is. The three witches laugh to themselves like Alex has just made a joke.
"That can be arranged." the woman says and the leader blasts Alex with his power and Alex goes flying backwards hitting the ground brutally.
"ALEX!" Elena and Pierre both cry. Pierre is about to bring out his sword but he freezes he just stops walking and the next thing he's floating in the air.
"I don't want to hurt you handsome." the lady says.
"STOP STOP LET THEM GO!" Elena cries out. "I'll give you what you want. I'm right here just take it." she pleads with them. The leader is convinced by what she's saying then the leader looks at the woman holding Pierre hostage. He throws Pierre out of the way without even touching him and he lands next to Alex. The witches chain them magically so they don't try anything.
"Great, we've spared them." the leader says walking toward Elena. "Now, it's just you and me." the leader says grabbing her hands and taking her power. Elena's eyes go white and her head is facing the ceiling and so is the leader. He's taking from her and the other witches are smiling because they believe they have succeeded in taking the sun fairy's power they're going to rule the world with this power and the other witches who called them weaklings are going to bow down to them.
They stop smiling and cackling amongst themselves when they hear their leader groaning and all of a suddenhe's smelling like roasted flesh.
"What in the name of Hades is going on?" The one with the green hair asks and they both watch as their leader begins to melt. His skin turns into liquid. His eyeballs pop out of his sockets. His hands have melted. He's no longer holding Elena.
Elena faces the witches. Her eyes have gone from ocean blue to a light golden colour. The witches see how scary she looks as they attempt to run but Elena hits them with her power and they also melt. And as soon as they're gone. Elena comes back to normal and she breathes heavily. Since the spell is broken the chains fall off from Alex and Pierre and when they see that they're free they rush over to Elena.
"Elena, are you okay?" Alex asks and when he sees that the witches are dead and that Elena is still alive it is safe to say that Elena is okay, and to Alex, she is a fucking badass.
