The man stood on the podium, surveying the crowd gathered before him. The frightened faces of the women and the angry, determined faces of the men met his gaze. He could see the worry etched on every face. The Entiricans, renowned for their immense strength, skill in combat, and swordsmanship, were a force to be reckoned with.
Their army was formidable, comprising friendly creatures who resembled humans but possessed exceptional strength, intelligence, and a lifespan of thousands of years. Their distinctive red hair and pale skin made them stand out, and their grace, beauty, and regal demeanor belied their ferocity in battle.
Entirica, their realm, had once been known for its willingness to aid other realms in times of war. They were unstoppable in any battle they fought until now.
However, as other realms began to exploit their strength, the Entiricans withdrew from external affairs, focusing on improving their own realm.
They developed expertise in agriculture, fishing, and other areas, ensuring their self-sufficiency and prosperity. United, strong, and proud, they became the envy of many realms.
But their prosperity made them a prime target for the dark queen, Serina, Lucifer's wife. A woman rumoured to have killed her husband who was supposedly immortal and invincible, thereafter, she had this insatiable taste for dominion of other realms.
She had become a tyrant all over the realms, with her demons. Her conquest of some realms including the divine seers' realm, had put all realms on high alert, and the Entiricans were no exception. Though they had anticipated an attack, they hadn't expected it so soon.
It was known to every being that Serina always took a rest for seven days before attacking another realm, but it hadn't been up to three days and she was already waging another war.
Serina's sudden invasion caught them off guard, and they were still in the process of hiding their weak and elderly in a safe house protected by powerful magic.
Isiah, the esteemed leader of the Entiricans, stood proudly amidst his people, his commanding presence exuding a sense of unwavering determination. His piercing emerald green eyes reflected the flicker of hope that still burned within him, despite the looming threat of Serina's dark forces.
As he gazed out at his fellow Entiricans, he knew that he bore the weight of responsibility on his shoulders. It was up to him to inspire his people, to ignite the fire of unity that would drive them to stand together and confront the tyranny that had gripped their lands.
The memory of the disappearance of the deities, including his own family members, haunted Isiah's thoughts. The sudden vanishing of his uncle, mother, aunt, and father, among others, left a deep void in his heart.
However, amidst the sorrow and longing for those lost, Isiah understood that dwelling on the past would not serve his people in the present crisis.
Fate seemed to have chosen him as the champion against his own cousin, a chilling realization that left him with no choice but to rely solely on his own strength and the support of his people.
The absence of the deities, except for himself and his cousin, Lucifer, hinted at a purposeful design. Perhaps it was a test by the gods of Isiah's resolve, a trial by fire to prove his worthiness as the sole remaining deity to challenge the darkness that threatened to consume their realms.
With a heavy heart and a steely determination, Isiah knew that the time had come to confront his cousin and put an end to the reign of terror that had plagued the realms for far too long.
The burden of leadership weighed heavily on his shoulders, but he stood resolute, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead in his quest to restore peace and balance to the realms.
He couldn't help but wonder why she turned into this after marrying Lucifer. She became a changed person and cut off all ties with everyone, but her actions were still not justified for her to kill innocent lives just to rule. So he made up his mind to end it once and for all, even if it means killing her.
He steeled his resolve to fight her till the end and he knew he won't be able to do it without the help of his people.
With a deep breath, he began to speak, his voice filled with conviction. "We must protect our people, our children, and our land. We can't let Serina's tyranny reign supreme. We will fight with courage, and we will emerge victorious. We have to do this to protect our people. I know that we are worried, but we can't just become extinct. We have to fight so our children and grandchildren left here can hide, When we win, they'll live well and live peacefully on our land without any fear or worries. We are all sad and worried from this incomplete evacuation going on and the sudden invasion but I am sure that the gods will help us and we will prosper."
With every sentence uttered, he painted a vivid picture of a future where their descendants could thrive in peace and freedom. He invoked the spirits of their ancestors, seeking guidance and protection in the turbulent times ahead. The echoes of his speech reverberated through the crowd, igniting a fire of determination in their hearts.
In the face of adversity, they found solidarity and purpose. Together, they would march into battle, ready to defend their homeland with unwavering courage. The uncertainty of the present was overshadowed by the promise of a brighter tomorrow. As they prepared to face their greatest challenge yet, a sense of unity and determination enveloped them, strengthening their resolve to emerge victorious.
The crowd murmured, exchanging glances with murmurs resonating through the gathered people, creating a sense of anticipation and unity.
Isiah, sensing the need to inspire even further, realized that mere words were not enough. With a surge of courage, he raised his voice above the murmurs, calling out, "Who among you will stand by my side in this impending battle?" The intensity in his eyes mirrored the determination in his heart.
In response, Sharon, Isiah's steadfast wife and trusted second-in-command, stepped forward with unwavering resolve. Her declaration, "I will fight alongside you until my last breath," echoed through the crowd, igniting a flame of loyalty and determination. Darius, a valiant warrior, reinforced Sharon's pledge, and soon a chorus of unified voices filled the air, proclaiming, "We will stand united with you until the end!"
Isiah was filled with a sense of pride as he reflected on the courage displayed by his people. Their journey had been long and arduous, but their determination only seemed to strengthen with each obstacle they faced. Now, faced with the threat of their fertile land being destroyed, His confidence in his people grew even more. He knew they wouldn't give up, not now when they had come so far.
With a resolute voice, Isiah rallied his people, emphasizing the importance of their mission. "We do this with courage, for our children, both those who have already been born and those who are yet to come," he declared, his words echoing across the gathered crowd.
His gaze settled on Sharon, a symbol of resilience and hope among them. As she met his eyes and returned his smile, a silent understanding passed between them.
He turned his attention to the now determined faces of the Entiricans and declared, "Now go get your weapons for the war."The urgency in his voice resonated across the gathering, stirring a sense of unity and purpose among the people.
Suddenly, everybody shouted in affirmation, their voices echoing through the valley as they dispersed to retrieve their weapons. It was a sight to behold – men and women, young and old, all preparing themselves for the impending battle against the dark forces of hell.
Empowered by the unwavering support of his people, Isiah rallied them with a stirring speech, emphasizing the noble causes they fought for. He urged them all to grab their instruments for war as there would be no mercy for their enemies.
As Isiah's voice fell silent, the skies darkened, and a low rumble shook the earth. A divine voice whispered in his ear: 'Beware the price of victory.'
