Chapter 82 - chapter 78

Why did the math book look sad?

Because it had too many problems. 🤔🤔

--------------------------------------------------------

"Now that you've agreed to work for me, your life's going to change. But before that, we have to seal the deal." Ren says, leaning back on the chair, his voice calm but laced with authority.

Elisha raises an eyebrow, her hands clasped nervously in her lap.

"Okay, I'll sign the contract."

Ren smirks, standing up and stepping closer to her.

"Oh, my contract signing is different from usual."

He sits beside her, placing a hand on her shoulder, leaning slightly forward.

"You don't need to be scared of me anymore. Now that you work for me, I'll protect you. And as for signing... you just have to give me a kiss willingly."

"A... kiss?" she stammers, her heartbeat fastening.

"Yeah," he says nonchalantly, tapping his finger on his lips.

"A small kiss, right here. I told you, my way of signing is... different."

Elisha's face flushes a deep red.

"T-this is unusual, don't you think?"

He leans his head forward slightly.

"Unusual, sure. But I'm not exactly a usual kind of guy, am I? Come on, just a little kiss. It's not a big deal."

Hesitant, she leans in, her movements slow and awkward. Her lips barely brush against his when Ren suddenly grabs the back of her head and presses her closer, deepening the kiss.

"Mmmn," she gasps against his lips, startled.

Ren's lips part, his tongue slipping past hers and tangling in a slow, deliberate motion. Her hands push weakly against his shoulders, but he holds her firmly, savoring every moment.

When he finally lets her go, a thin string of saliva connects their mouths before breaking.

"See? Feels good." Ren breathes, his lips curling into a satisfied smile.

"That wasn't so bad."

Elisha stumbles to her feet, her face burning.

"What the hell was that?!"

Ren chuckles, unfazed by her outburst.

"Relax. The deal is sealed now. Also, liked the moment I made just now?"

"No!" she blurts out, crossing her arms over her chest.

"You suuuure?" he teases, leaning back on the bed with an exaggerated grin.

Elisha narrows her eyes at him but stays silent.

Ren waves her reaction off with a laugh.

"Don't worry. You'll begin to love me when you spend more time with me. After all, we're going to see a lot of each other from now on."

He straightens up, his tone shifting to something more serious.

"Anyway, congratulations on becoming the personal secretary of... the Black Eden Group."

Elisha freezes mid-step.

"The Black Eden Group?"

Ren shrugs, "Well, that's the name I just came up with. Unless you have something better."

"You haven't even decided on a name yet?" she asks, incredulous.

"Details, details," Ren says dismissively.

"I wanted to hear your thoughts first. But let's focus on the real plan."

Elisha crosses her arms.

"Alright. Let's hear it, boss."

Ren's eyes gleam.

"This group will be secretive, exclusive. Our target is simple: the rich. People with money and suffering in ways money can't fix. We're going to show them that now, with enough cash, they can even buy the supernatural services."

"The supernatural?" she asks.

"Specifically, healing," he continues.

"Think about it. Wounds, even regrowing body parts—it's all possible. Everyone wants this, and I'm the only one who can give it to them. Imagine the demand."

Elisha nods slowly.

"You're right. People would give anything for that. But... what happens when the government finds out?"

Ren grins, a glint of mischief in his eyes.

"Let them. Not like they can capture me. Healing is just one of my abilities. They don't stand a chance if they try."

She frowns. "That's a dangerous way to think."

"Is it?" Ren leans closer, his voice dropping to a whisper.

"Power isn't about hiding—it's about control. And that's exactly what this group will be about. Controlling the elite. Gaining their trust, their loyalty... their dependence."

Elisha tilts her head.

"Dependence? How do you plan to achieve that?"

"Simple," Ren replies.

"Greed. When they see what I can do, they'll want it for themselves. They'll want to know how it works, how they can have it. And that curiosity? That'll make them give us everything they have. Easy peasy."

Elisha stares at him, stunned.

"You've really thought this through."

"Of course," Ren says with a smug smile.

"But it doesn't end there. We need an online presence—something secure, where we can add them, and keep them in contact with us."

"Won't that make us easier to track?" she asks.

Ren shakes his head. "Not if we have someone skilled enough to handle it. Someone who knows how to stay under the radar. Do you know anyone like that?"

Elisha hesitates. "I might. But convincing them to work for a mysterious group like this... it won't be easy."

"That's where trust and loyalty come in," Ren says.

"I only want people who have something to gain from me. That way, betrayal won't an option."

"And what about location? Staff?"

"One step at a time, girl." Ren says, waving her concerns away.

"For now, it's just you and me. I'll handle most of the groundwork personally until we're ready to expand."

"And the price for your services?" she asks.

"Depends on the client," Ren says with a smirk.

"Money is easy to get, but influence? That's the real currency. The rich will want to stay close to us, to me. And once they do, they'll owe us everything."

Elisha falls silent, her mind racing with the implications of his plan.

"You really think this will work?"

"I know it will," Ren says confidently.

"Supernatural services? Healing wounds, regrowing limbs? It's something science can't offer, and that makes it priceless."

She hesitates for a moment, then asks, "Can you... teach others how to do what you do?"

Ren's laughs, "Curious, huh? You want powers too, don't you?"

Her cheeks flush as she looks away.

Ren leans in, his voice low.

"That's a secret for now. A little motivation to keep you working hard."

Elisha glares at him. "You're unbelievable."

"And you're smart," Ren counters.

"That's why you're my secretary now. So, what do you think of the name, The Black Eden?"

She sighs. "It's fitting, I guess. Dark, mysterious... just like you."

Ren grins. "Perfect. Now, let's get started."

-------------------------------------------------------

Extra,

"Anyway, why don't we have some fun while we are at it" Ren says, leaning his head towards her.

"No, don't even think about it" she says, pushing his head back with her hand.

But Ren, who is into these things, just licks her hand,

shhhhup,

"Even your hand taste sexy,"

Then he puts his hands on her shoulders, and push her on the bed. Then, goes in her, and then.....

(My man, I leave the rest to your imaginationđź’žđź’ž)
