Chapter 55 - chapter 53 With Elisha P2

Ren is watching Elisha cry, her silent sobs shaking her body as she lies motionless on the bed. He is leaned back on the chair, a faint frown tugging at the corners of his lips.

"Elisha," he says softly, his tone almost tender, "can you stop crying now? I don't like tears on your beautiful face."

He says that, but she can't stop; who can in this situation? Her tears flow without control, her chest heaving with each ragged breath.

Ren sighs, his eyes flickering toward a nearby cloth. With a mere thought, it lifts from the dresser and floats over to her, hovering just above her tear-streaked face.

"Wipe your tears with it," he commands, the cloth gently brushing against her cheeks. Slowly, she reaches for it, her trembling hand gripping the fabric as she wipes her tears. Though she still looks terrified, her sobs begin to subside, replaced by quiet sniffles.

Ren waits for a moment, watching her closely. "So, Elisha," he begins, his voice smooth and calm, "I think you have many questions for me. Ask me now. I'll try to answer if I can"

She stammers, her voice barely audible. "Wh-why are you here?"

Ren tilts his head as if the question amuses him.

"Hmm, that's a simple question. You see, Elisha, you hold a special space in my heart." He pauses, his eyes narrowing slightly. "You were the first woman I had sex with, and it was sooo good that you became special to me. I wanted to have a good night with you, but you woke up, so... here we are."

Her eyes widen with fear as she shakes her head, her voice pleading. "P-please, leave me alone."

Ren sighs, "Look, I told you, I like you. You hold a special place in my heart. I can't just leave you alone."

He leans forward, his eyes sharp. "Tell me, what do you do for work?"

Elisha stays silent, her lips pressed tightly together as if refusing to give him any more than she already has.

"Don't worry," Ren says, his tone softening again. "I'm not going to go there or do anything to hurt you. I'm just asking."

She hesitates for a moment before replying, her voice barely a whisper. "Works at a company."

Ren raises an eyebrow. "And how much do you earn?"

There's another pause, and then she mutters, "...six hundred dollars."

Ren chuckles softly. "Six hundred dollars? That's more than I used to earn. But still, you earn only that much? And why? Why not just get married and settle down? Do you have a family—your parents, Younger siblings?"

"... parents."

Ren leans back in his chair, crossing his legs. "Listen, I didn't ask these questions to take advantage of them to force you into something. I don't do that." His voice takes on a more businesslike tone.

"But I'll offer you something better—a better job, better pay, a better place to live, a better life. Don't you want to have a good life? Help your family, live the way you want to?"

He pauses, his eyes gleaming as he watches her reaction. "You will work for me, Elisha. It's just that there's one small condition—you can't marry anyone. But trust me, you won't need to."

Her voice trembles as she responds. "N-no, I don't want to... work for you. You... who—"

Ren shakes his head, cutting her off. "Ahh, I see you're taking this the wrong way. I'm not offering this so I can have you." He smirks.

"The world is really big and there are many beautiful women in this world, even more beautiful than you. I'm offering you out of all those women because you were the first one I had sex with. So I'm a bit... attracted to you."

He leans forward again, his voice low and insistent. "You won't marry because, well, marriage is just about sex, right? You can have that with anyone. Hire someone if you need to. I won't be doing this all the time with you, I can't. I just want to have you sometimes. So, what do you say?"

Elisha doesn't respond, her wide eyes staring at him in shock.

Ren sighs, standing up from his chair. "I see you still have doubts. That's fine. I'll give you time to think about it. The next time I come to you, I'll ask for your answer."

There's a heavy silence between them, the tension palpable in the room. Ren breaks it with a sly smile, his eyes locking onto hers.

"Now, what do you say we have some fun tonight?" His voice drips with suggestion as he steps toward her.

Immediately, Elisha recoils, covering herself with her arms, her voice panicked. "No... please, go away."

Ren laughs, a deep, mocking sound that fills the room. "Hahaha, as you wish, Elisha."

He steps closer to her, his hand gently gripping her chin, lifting her face to meet his. Her body tenses as he leans down and presses his lips against hers, holding the kiss long and slow. Her face flushes slightly, her body reacting despite her fear.

Finally, Ren pulls back, his lips curling into a smirk. He turns to the window, opening it with a flick of his wrist. Before stepping out, he looks over his shoulder, his eyes gleaming with dark promise.

"See you next time, Elisha. I'm expecting a positive response from you. Believe me, you won't regret working for me."

With that, he steps out into the night, the window closing quietly behind him, leaving Elisha trembling on the bed, her mind swirling with fear and confusion.
