Standing still, Alaric took a second to read the expression on Fiona's face.
"You're trying to tell me something... aren't you?" he spoke, his voice calm and soft.
Fiona slightly peeked from the rock, her eyes that of a shy girl. "Hmm..." She nodded.
Seeing this, Alaric couldn't help but smile.
He moved closer, allowing the dreadful sound of Hina killing off the male goblins to echo behind him.
Once he had settled down in front of the girl, he said, "Tell me... what is it you want me to know?"
Fiona spread her hand out, allowing Alaric to see her palm.
It was filled with scars from different cuts.
"Injuries..." Alaric wasn't really sure, but it was clear having so many scars on one's hand was not normal.
"You got injured?" He tried to understand what she was trying to tell him.
Fiona nodded; he wasn't guessing right.
"Bad goblins. Hurts females," she managed to let out.
