Chapter 3 - The Saviors from the Hidden Forest

Beyond the strange forest, known by locals as Wana Loka, two twin teenagers sat by the edge of a small river. Anindya and Raka, warriors with abilities beyond ordinary humans, sensed something unusual. Since childhood, they had been blessed with a sixth sense that allowed them to detect energy shifts from other dimensions.

Anindya, with her sharp instincts as an archer, suddenly felt a strange vibration coming from within the forest. She frowned and turned to Raka. "Something's wrong. I can hear... a call for help," she said, her hand already reaching for her bow.

Raka, an expert in wielding swords and kerambit blades, looked at his sister seriously. "I feel it too. It seems to come from another dimension, deep inside Wana Loka."

Without a second thought, the two stood and moved swiftly toward the forest. With their abilities, they pierced through the magical boundary that surrounded Wana Loka, entering a realm inaccessible to ordinary humans.

As they ventured deeper into the forest, they heard heavy footsteps and rumbling sounds. Not far ahead, they saw a giant figure chasing five people who looked confused and terrified. Buto Ijo.

Anindya immediately readied her bow and notched an arrow. "We have to save them."

Raka nodded, unsheathing his sharp sword and tightening his grip on his kerambit. "You take it from a distance; I'll clear the path."

They moved quickly. Anindya, with extraordinary precision, fired an arrow at Buto Ijo. The arrow shot through the air like lightning, striking the giant's leg. The creature growled in pain, its steps slowing.

Meanwhile, Raka agilely leaped between the large roots emerging from the ground. With his sharp sword, he cut through the thick roots blocking the path, creating an escape route. Not stopping there, he swung his kerambit with exceptional accuracy, throwing the curved blade like a boomerang. It struck Buto Ijo's back before returning to his hand.

Buto Ijo roared angrily, trying to grab them, but with the relentless attacks from Anindya and Raka, the giant began to falter.

"This way!" Raka shouted to the five bewildered students.

They ran with all their strength toward the direction Raka pointed. Aisha, Yoona, Oliver, Amelia, and Jay no longer thought about how they ended up in this place; survival was the only thing on their minds.

As they crossed an invisible boundary, the eerie atmosphere of the magical forest behind them shifted. The dark, terrifying forest was now distant. Buto Ijo, who had been chasing them in fury, halted right at the boundary. The giant roared once more, but it could not step beyond the invisible line. Trapped within the magical dimension of Wana Loka, the creature was unable to pursue them into the real world.

Anindya and Raka approached the group, ensuring they were safe. "You shouldn't be here," Anindya said, her gaze serious.

"Who are you?" Aisha asked, still catching her breath.

"We are the guardians of Wana Loka. And you have just escaped something you were never meant to encounter," Raka replied with a mysterious tone, sheathing his sword.
