"Rhys." She rolled her eyes and she sighed deeply.
We both stood and ran outside of my room. We both gasped when we saw the corridor was filled with broken glass vase. It belonged to the hotel. We saw Rhys hands was injured and Henry was standing still at his door. The two brother's looked at themselves with anger.
"Have you gone completely mad?!" Piper screamed and she looked at Rhys angrily.
"It's okay Piper." Henry faced her and gave her sign to calm down.
"No!" She glared at Henry. "Not this time. I am so tired of seeing you behaving miserable."
"I've told you Piper, stop worrying about me." Henry squeezed his face.
"Worry?" She incredulously said and gave a scoff. "It's not about you Henry. It's about me."
Tears dropped down from her eyes. She looked at Henry emotionally and Henry looked confused.
"I'm also tired of this, Henry." The tears poured continuously. "Do you know the reason why I am still staying around you?"
Henry and Rhys looked at her confused. They were probably wondering why she was being, dramatic?
"Oh cut your crap!" Rhys held her shoulders tightly and forced her to face him.
Henry held his hand and pushed it with force.
"I'm interested in what you want to say. Talk Piper." He wore a serious face and he looked curious.
"I have been feeling so guilty since this years and I want you too blame me once. Please." She folded her hands and tears continued dropping.
"Why would I blame you?" Henry giggled, confused.
"Please!" She screamed startling everyone. "Just say it once, we are the cause for your mother's death."
"How dare you?!" Rhys dragged her forcefully and pushed her to the wall. "Who do you think you are to mention my mother's death?!"
"What are you doing?" I finally talked and frowned my face.
He finally noticed me and he looked at me from up to down.
"Who are..." Piper landed a slap on his left cheek.
His face shifted and I widened my eyes. Piper pushed him and he staggered, almost falling. He held his cheek and looked at Piper.
"You really have lost every shame left in you." Rhys stood firmly and he walked angrily towards her. She landed him another slap again. "You are actually responsible for your mother's death."
Rhys frowned his face and he looked at Piper dangerously.
"Why are you guys bringing this topic randomly?" Henry talked making everyone's attention to him.
"Don't you think it's time we clear up this topic." Tears kept pouring from Piper's eyes. "Just say those words Henry, you felt really heart broken when you saw Rhys and I kiss."
Henry looked at her and he didn't talk. He seemed like he was grinding his teeth. He curved his fingers into a fist.
"Let's stop talking Piper." He squeezed his hands even more.
"No! Not today! You need to come out of your past. It's pushing you from moving forward." The tears were still evident.
"Yes! Yes!" Henry screamed really loudly and he tightened his hand. "It was everyone's fault! Let the truth be told."
The three of them looked at each other and they were burning furiously. Nobody talked and it felt like years of bondage was unleashing.
"Can I say something?" My voice was shaky in the silence corridor.
"Who's are you?" Rhys came towards me like he ready to vent his anger on me.
Henry dragged him from behind, turned him around and gave him a punch. He staggered to the ground and fell.
"Do you know why I have endured your stupidity?" Henry frowned his face and Rhys had a surprised look. "I needed someone who would look after the business. It seems like I have made a mistake."
"Does that mean you are returning?" Piper cleaned her eyes and she sounded flustered.
"You know," he ignored her, "out of everyone, you are the most shamelss person I have ever met."
"This is what I have always wanted to hear from you." Piper smiled. "Let's forget everything and start afresh."
Henry faced Piper.
"Let me make something clear Piper." Her mood changed immediately. "Do you know why I didn't react that day?"
Tears came rushing again. It was like her eyes produced tears.
"I always taught if I dated you, I might just develop feelings for myself. I'm so sorry for wasting your precious time. You are a true friend but nothing more."
Piper smiled with tears still pouring. She bent down and she began to sob, covering her face.
"It's okay Henry!" She continued sobbing with her voice shaking.
He bent down and held her shoulders. "Move on with your life Piper and fall in love with someone that really loves you."
She removed her hand from he face and she looked at him. She nodded and continued sobbing.
He stood and he faced Rhys.
"I think Piper is right, it's high time I returned to the company. You've done more than enough Rhys."
Rhys curved his fingers and put it into a fist.
"Henry!"
