Chapter 13 - The Prince, The King of Wands

Victor is annoyed, he's beginning to feel frustrated, and it's because of the idiots he's surrounded by.

Brielle is sitting in between Koven and Victor in the secluded garden, chatting away with Koven, her voice chirpy and eyes drifting between Koven and Kaiser, who's pouring Victor another cup of tea as Victor massages his temples. Koven is smiling at Brielle, engaging in some odd conversation about the trending gossip of the ladies circle; Victor doesn't know, he could care less, and he hates that one of his happy places is now taken over by two people he'd rather watch paint dry than see.

Victor feels more grumpy than happy, already mourning his secluded garden before his stepmother comes back, taking over another place that he founded and that he desires for himself, but he must share, like everything else he owns.

Victor suddenly stands up, rolling his neck as he grabs his packet of papers and feather pen before signaling Kaiser to following him.

"I need a break from your vulgar conversation." Victor said. "There's only so much gossip of Madam Klein I can take before I turn insane."

Brielle gasp, shooting a pouty glare Victor's direction while Koven smiles, waving his brother off as Victor quickly heads away from the garden and to his office.

"And me, Your Highness?" Ron asked, raising an eyebrow as he continues to stand behind Victor's seat.

"Stay." Victor said, waving him off. "You seem intrigued to hear such gossips more than myself."

Ron stutters, coughing in his hands, but not refuting what Victor said.

Victor rolls his eyes, headed back inside the castle and up the stairs to his office with Kaiser in toll. Victor grumbles, throwing the papers on his desk and pinching the bridge of his nose, leaning one hand against his desk and another through his silky, jet black hair. Victor huffs, squeezing his eyes shut before he looks up, meeting eyes with a worried-looking Kaiser.

"You...seem to be a bit on edge these last two days, My Master." Kaiser said. "What burdens you?"

Victor clenching his fist, eyeing his now messy desk and thrown away papers and feathered pen, the annoyance he feels already bubbles to his throat, but catching Kaiser's eyes calms him, enough so that Victor swallows, his hunched shoulders relaxing as he breathes a sigh out.

"Everyone is just a bit annoying." Victor grumbles. "Brielle won't leave me alone. Koven always likes to bud his head in any affairs of mine. The king and queen will be here any time now-. Fuck, I don't know. I don't know what to name this feeling. It's quite annoying."

"I...believe you are just a bit overwhelmed, My Master." Kaiser said, a kind smile on his face, and such a smile calms Victor down even more. "I...I believe maybe you just need some personal time. You don't take many breaks, how about you take one before your next appointment?"

Victor swallow, sighing, rubbing his shoulder in thought before he opens his mouth to speak, but his growling stomach cuts his speech off. Victor's eyes shoot up, meeting a surprised Kaiser's, and an invasive flush reaches Victor's pale cheeks.

"It appears maybe the food today isn't enough." Kaiser said. "I apologize, My-."

"It's not that." Victor said, shielding his face from Kaiser's by focusing his eyes on his shoes. "Brielle has been hanging around lately, so I don't usually drink my blood tea around her. The smell is strong, and she'd complain."

Kaiser nods his head in understanding, slowly etching forward until he's close enough that Victor can properly look down at Kaiser's handsome face, his bulky chest inches from Victor's muscled one, and his forehead barely reaches Victor's collar bone.

"You...haven't drank my blood in days, M-My Master." Kaiser said, his hand tremors, but he reaches to his shirt's collar, exposing his tan neck for Victor's eyes to focus on. "You said a day or two, you can last without it, but it's-it's been more than that. I don't want you to starve and...and it appears that you need it."

Victor swallows, his red eyes not once leaving Kaiser's neck; Kaiser's veins call for Victor, his pink lips begging to be bitten, and Victor covers his eyes with his hands, fighting the urge to cause havoc on Kaiser's body, and it irks him, that his desires for Kaiser's being is this strong.

"Are you sure?" Victor asked, avoiding eye contact with Kaiser. "You tremble every time I try."

Kaiser blinks, his green eyes widen as he confusedly looks at Victor.

"Is that why...is that why last time you did not eat?" Kaiser asked. "My Master, I-I apologize I-yes, I-I'm scared, but I-." Kaiser gulps, shutting his eyes shut, opening his sweet green gems to look at Victor with gentle eyes. "However I-I know it's my duty. Please, do not starve."

Victor finally raises his eyes to meet Kaiser's, and he gulps, focusing on Kaiser's exposed neck, his plump lips, his toned body and muscled arms, and Victor concedes, giving into whatever desiring demon that lurks within him, ready to carve this innocent man as Victor's.

"Come." Victor said, beckoning Kaiser over. "Come and sit on my desk, Kaiser."

Kaiser gulps, slowly walking over to Victor's desk and leaning against it, but Victor sighs, grabbing Kaiser's large hips and lifting him up, ignoring the soft gasp that leaves Kaiser's mouth.

Victor looks up, staring at Kaiser as he grips Victor's white sleeve, his long fingers slightly trembling, and his face covered in a red flush, shy under Victor's meancing eyes, and Victor gulps, reading himself for whatever comes next.

"Relax." Victor said, holding Kaiser's hips in a soft grip, and dipping his nose in the crock of Kaiser's neck. "It'll hurt more if you are tense."

Victor strecthes his mouth, licking his chapped lips before his fanged teeth grazes Kaiser's neck. Victor leans in further, readying himself for the bite, but he shortly stops, feeling Kaiser tremble under him.

"Kaiser." Victor said. "You need to-."

"I a-apologize, My Master." Kaiser said, his trembling hands makes their way to snake around Victor's pale neck. "I don't know why I am in such fear."

Victor flinches, shutting his eyes and letting out a soft sigh before he kisses Kaiser's neck, the action surprising him more so Kaiser, and he rubs circles on Kaiser's hips, attempting to console him.

"Relax." Victor said again. "I'll be as gentle as I can, Kaiser."

He feels Kaiser nod before Victor opens his mouth again and he sinks his teeth in Kaiser's neck, feeling Kaiser trembling harsher under him, hearing Kaiser gasp, a soft moan electing from his lips. Kaiser's trembling hands reach out, his shaking arms wrap around Victor's neck tighter as Victor drinks, his mind feeling more calmer, his strained muscles and soar limbs relax, and his strength feels multiplied in comparison to days before.

"Master-." Kaiser cries out, his stiff body shaking under Victor, "I-. M-Master-!"

Victor flinches again, feeling heat radiate off his body by Kaiser's voice, by his pleas of mercy, by his absence and luring vocals, but Victor quickly composes himself, drinking the last sip of blood he can before licking the leaking, dripping blood from Kaiser's neck.

Victor swallow, feeling Kaiser's trembling body pressed against his, and he slowly parts aways, looking down at Kaiser's red eyes, his orbs slowly turning back to the pretty green color they always are.

"How do you feel?" Victor said, watching Kaiser fall limp in his arms, his body trembles, his lips quiver, and a red flush rises to his cheeks. "Kaiser?"

"I-I'm just a bit weak." Kaiser said, attempting to stand up, but Victor rushes forward, catching Kaiser as his legs give away. "I'm a-a-alright."

"Must you lie to me when I ask for you condition ever time?" Victor said, feeing a quick rush of heat and fever run through his body, knowing Kaiser's body feels such things to a worser octave. "I'll have you rest here with me. Come, lie down."

Kaiser nods his head, letting Victor gently direct him to the long couch, where Victor lays him down, placing a pillow under Kaiser's head as he rummages in his pocket, using his handkerchief to wipe off any remaining blood from off Kaiser's neck.

"Rest." Victor said, watching Kaiser's eyes begin to drop. "Rest, Kaiser."
