His short height, along with his feminine characteristics cause many to think he's a small girl; his social shyness and docile nature only reinforce this belief. Due to this, he is often seen as an easy target for bullies. One day, Kongly's unfortunate existence is forever changed when a clumsy employee of the Hammer Company, Troy, asks to sponsor him as an official Fighter. Now, as an unranked Fighter, the small Kongly trains to one day stand face to face with powerful opponents. His main objective is to gather enough strength to challenge his legendary Fighter father, renowned as the "Bronze Bull".
