She was in a dress, she hated it, it wasn't loose, it hugged her like a teddy bear. "You sure this will work?" Samia said, annoyed. "Trust me, all he needs to do is notice your body. Don't let him touch."
"You need to put a foot down now and again. Also, make it seem like you were stood up by a guy." Jeydah said as she stood in front of a taxi stop, "Okay, but how will I get him to spill information?" Samia asked as she put on a jacket and slung a purse over her shoulder.
"Up to you, just don't be forward about it." Samia nodded as the taxi started to roll in, and she waived it down, "Okay cool, I'll update you after."
She arrived at the party and she looked around, looking for the guy. Samia suddenly bumped into something that felt like a brick wall, and when it turned around, it was a tall black guy in all black. This time, he had a black balaclava, and she could tell it was The Backer.
"Oh no..." She mumbled. "So you dared to waltz in here and after concussing me? Why wouldn't I rat you out to everyone here." He said in a low and quiet voice as the music was still low at the time. "Okay, look, I'm on a mission, I'm looking for a guy called Vince."
"Okay? Why shouldn't- Actually, I know where he is, but I want something. I want to be able to waltz through Longlane territory as I please." She looked at him, then looked around, not seeing Vince, and begrudgingly agreed.
"Follow me, but don't make it obvious." He started to walk through a crowded party until by the drinks, there was Vince. The backer disappeared and as she looked around for him, Vince approached her.
He was already flat-out drunk. Vince looked her up and down like Samia was a piece of meat, "Hey-a miss. How ya-a beeen?" He said his speech was slurred and shakey, "Oh I'm fine."
She pretended to act disinterested, "I saw-w you spin....ning around looking for someone, did your boy....friend leave?" Vince said slurred and crazily. "Yeah, he did."
Vince smiled, "Honestly, forget about him; I can provide for you." Samia shrugged, "So what car do you drive then?" Vince looked slightly annoyed, but he spoke as he tried to grab her shoulder, "Nah, I biked here."
She swiped away his hand and she pushed Vince back a little. "Rough," Vince said with an odd smile.
