"Why must you be so stubborn, Anna? You make me ache so badly for you—you ignite a fire in me when you resist," William whispered, pressing his lips to her neck. He nipped gently at her sensitive spot as he began sliding her gown from her shoulders.
"William," Anna gasped, her voice trembling with pleasure. "Do not stop, please... do not stop," she pleaded as his hands traced her bare skin beneath the fabric.
"Anna, will you let me love you?"
"William, that is all I want—love me, please... love me," she whispered in return.
With care, he removed her gown completely, eliminating all barriers between them, leaving her bare before him. He pulled out her hairpins and comb, letting her hair spread across the pillow in wild waves, framing her face.
"Anna, I love you. Never forget that," he murmured.
