VINCENZO'S POV
"This doesn't make any sense" I heard her grumble as she sat on the mat, crossing her legs, her face set in a frown.
"We resumed training, so what?" I frowned at her, setting the punching bag properly.
"I want to learn to use the gun better instead" She huffed. "Not learn to throw punches. Last time didn't end too well"
I couldn't help the smirk that tugged at my lips. "Yeah, it didn't end too well for you," I muttered under my breath, but loud enough for her to hear.
She shot me a glare, but I could see the challenge in her eyes. "If you weren't such a cocky person who derived some sick pleasure in pinning me to the mat, maybe I'd have had a chance last time."
I chuckled. "That's exactly the point. We're training so you know how to throw me down next time. We're not here for you to get comfortable."
