The man inside the carriage glanced at Liu Mou with a contemptuous look in his eyes. Liu Mou was startled, forgetting the fear in his heart, and took a closer look at the man inside the carriage, only to realize that they looked somewhat alike.
"Go," the underworld messenger said, and the purple light began to fade away, buzzing, vanishing in an instant. Liu Mou's eyes were filled with fear, and he desperately screamed with all his might, "No!"
"Are you awake?" Suddenly, a familiar voice rang out, and Liu Mou was taken aback. He rubbed his eyes and looked around. The room was clean and white. Then he looked at himself and found that he was wearing hospital clothes and had an IV drip on his hand.
"Where is this?" Liu Mou asked groggily.
"Zhongshan Hospital. You fainted as soon as you arrived at the hospital," Dou Yinya said, yawning. Liu Mou looked over and saw dark circles around Dou Yinya's eyes, and a sense of guilt immediately rose in his heart.
