He had a sufficient amount of Mutation gene points to upgrade the Phantomcipher to level five with sufficient transmission capabilities, however, it might be a waste of points if its shelf life or stability would be compromised.
He activated the new upgrades for the Nebula Virus. He collected a quarter liter of the Nebula in a metallic container that would serve as his nanomyte triggers.
But before upgrading the Nebula, he transferred usable capabilities to the Nox Virus, including in the transmission category, and stability capabilities such as Geneflux and Mimic DNA.
