"Shit wild party last night right Isaiah" Alex looked at his couch to find no one there "Fucking bastard already left.. I'll be damned" Alex sat up on the floor looking around his trashed apartment before he went to go brush his teeth and take a shower, in Deep thought Alex was just looking at his phone "Why is there no Wi-Fi?" Alex disconnected thinking it was his shitty internet but even his mobile data didn't work "Well it's no use he threw his phone on the couch and looked out on to the city he was in on his balcony "Aah fresh air, nice cool day and.. Wait" He looked down at the roads and at the apartments to find them all perfectly clean all the lights where off and even all the street lights where green since there was no traffic "Holy shit is there no one here?" Alex got dressed in a wife beater and some loose jeans before heading down to an elevator he tried to open it up but it wouldn't even buzz or make a sound "Nahhh nooo don't tell me bro are you kidding me" Alex punched the elevator door before feeling the numbness on his hand and rubbing it "Fuck" Alex walked to the staircases and looked at his floor (200)
'This is gonna be a long day..' Immediately he started running down the stairs almost falling on some soon he just starting jumping down the flights of stairs if they where short enough after a couple minutes that felt like hours he finally reached the lobby to his Hotel
"Fucking Starlight Hotel 5 star my ass and there is no fucking generator?" He gasped for air leaning on the automatic doors frame "How is this gonna open are you fucking kidding me" Alex picked up a computer off the receptionist desk and threw it at the door and all it did was.. nothing
A bright idea suddenly came to his head to get a key to room on the first floor and then open the window "Only good thing this hotel has is openable windows jeez" He stuck a leg out and then his whole body before he jumped up and began walking to the street
"Strange no cars no people no noise" He looked around for any cameras thinking it might be a prank but how would that make sense in this wide scale of a level "Well.. I guess I'm alone shit I don't even got a Job I'm too young to die I'm not even 17 yet!" Yes he isn't even 17 yet he came here on a vacation with his parents with his friends his parents booked separate rooms so he called a few friends that moved here a long time ago and reunited with them "Well at least money isn't needed" Before Alex was gonna go on a rampage a translucent panel materialized in front of him [Contents Loading] after around and hour or so the panel finished loading and began speaking [Welcome host I am your guide] Alex's eyes widened and after all the cliche questioning he was assigned his first task
"Tch no gift no nothing" the system replied to him [finish what your given and you will be rewarded] Hearing this he didn't really feel surprised after all this is the real world and he doesn't deserve anything "Well I guess I should do It the first thing I have to do is.." Alex forgot like the I'm not even gonna say it but he asked the system to repeat itself and his first task was to just press a translucent button? No it was more to it this button said claim you see it was his first step to owning the country [I advise host as he is the only one here but not on this planet]
Alex pressed the button and felt a surge of power course in him while his Guide chimed [You have unlocked new powers to access them you first have to close your eyes] Alex began following the directions
He sat down in the middle of the road and closed his eyes the Guide instructed him to then focus his attention to his stomach where he felt some sort of force like it's there but not there Alex put his hands in his stomach and the Guide then said to repeat the steps
"My fault" the Guide replied with an attitude [I know] He choose to ignore the Guides comment and felt the tiny tree in his stomach and traces up the base onto the first branch which was small [The length is relative to its mastery as you level more skills the branch and tree grows in proportion right now there is only one branch] Alex felt proud of himself first minute in he already has a skill [Dont be happy first second in and I would have finished everything] Alex opened his eyes "Fuck if you do you already know everything" Well anyways as they argued who was better the first skill he had was called summon under the branch was a description basically saying that he could summon citizens and soldiers etc
[Enough im tired. Here's your new tasks summon some soldiers] He was gonna do as told but remember he didn't even know how to do that "How do I do that" the Guide made a tsk sound which irritated Alex "Why are you being a bitch" The guide didn't say anything but it still projected its text on a panel [Fuck you.] He then felt a sudden pain in his head which caused him to roll all over the road staining his tank top "What the hell why did you do that!" … [Because your a bitch] the Guide replied the pain in his head was from the Guide just shoving knowledge into his brain well anyways after he figured out how to use his abilities he summoned the maximum of 10 soldiers [I forgot to remind you that you have a energy capacity for using your abilities and right there you just used it all] the Guide then instructed him to instead of focusing and sensing everything to visualize the tree in his head now a clear image was in his mind a black tree with a sliver of blue at the bottom [Your energy refills itself slowly which can be leveled up as you gain levels but doubt you will I don't have much hope in you. ]
"Thanks a lot now go on that isn't all of it is it?" Alex said he had a enough of the bullshit and didn't even fight it anymore [Wow using your brain for once! Well you can't do anything except defeat enemies and complete tasks from now on I get to leave everything you need to know will be in your Skill tree] The Guides voice glitched before it left for good.
Alex visualized the tree and got ready for his next task.
