The motorcade slowly approached the docks, as several elite bodyguards in black suits emerged from the five SUVs, each holding MP5SD submachine guns. They all sported buzz cuts, wore sunglasses, and had tall, burly statures.
An imposing limousine was particularly striking. A bodyguard opened the door, and from inside the limo, a fat, middle-aged man in a black suit stepped out.
The man was not short, and he was also very sturdy, but Chen Ke was too far away to see his face clearly.
"Guys, I think it's time we took off," Hall said.
"Why not wait? Don't you want to see what's actually going on here?" Chen Ke turned to ask.
"Look, there are twenty bodyguards equipped with MP5s down there, and there's only four of us. If we're discovered, it won't end well," Hall shook his head.
"Then we just won't get caught. I have a feeling this little port is hiding a big secret," Chen Ke insisted.
