The cab stopped at the curb, a street away from the Holy Angel Nightclub.
Chen Ke got out of the car and only had to look ahead to see a small two-story nightclub in the distance.
An exaggerated angel neon sign flickered with a pale purple light, and even from a street away, the boisterous music inside the building could be heard.
Chen Ke tightened his tie and straightened his suit a bit as he walked along the street, looking for Hall. He took out his phone to check the time—9:12 PM; Hall should have already been there.
At a bus stop by the road, Chen Ke found Hall, who was leaning under the shelter engrossed in playing his PSP.
Chen Ke approached Hall and tapped his shoulder.
Clearly, Hall was quite absorbed in his game, and he started, looking up at Chen Ke.
"You're late... nice suit though," Hall said, putting the PSP in his pocket.
"Let's get down to business... do you know the agent?" Chen Ke asked.
