In No.1 High School's campus, in front of Director Tao's office, Chen Hai had been pacing for quite a while.
When he had arrived here, it was just shy of nine o'clock.
But now, it was nearly ten o'clock, and the door to the office in front of Chen Hai was still tightly locked.
Since it was the summer holidays, it was normal for there to be few people working in the school office building.
However, yesterday Director Tao himself had said to Chen Hai and another to come and find him this morning.
By now, Chen Hai was already growing somewhat impatient.
He even began to wonder if he had misunderstood what Director Tao had said yesterday!
"Master Chen, hello, hello, have you been waiting long?"
Just past ten o'clock, Director Tao, with hands clasped behind his back, leisurely walked towards Chen Hai and finally came into view.
Upon seeing Chen Hai, he quickened his steps, his face full of smiles, as he came over to greet him.
