A vast lake spanned amidst the mountains, the legendary Qiushui Lake; dotted across it, islands were strewn like stars across the sky, on which structures clustered, the domicile of the Han Family.
Years ago, Han Bing's parents were wed on this very land, birthing her here. Yet, ever since she turned ten, the strife between her grandmother's lineage, the Chang Family, and the Han Family, grew increasingly fierce. Until the appearance of the False Core Ancestor, Chang Hao, the Chang Family overwhelmingly predominated, forcing Granny Yun Cui to take Han Bing into hiding outside the Chaotic Sect's Outer Mountain for refuge.
