"he's not serious, right? 2 months?!" Klyde said, panicking. "Like, I'd need to get way stronger in less than a month, and let's not talk about the journey there!"
Klyde took a deep breath and looked at the screen again.

"Okay, so 2 months. Going there would at least take me 3-4 weeks of travel and the training about 2 weeks. Gosh… I don't even know the penalties but I'm this worried. I guess we're going to Erina soon."
The next day, Klyde was at the guild looking for quests on the quest board. He wasn't wearing his old suit like always, but more casual clothes with no armor.
A person with white, long hair and a scar on his eye walked in. He wore gray and gray, furry clothes and had a buster sword on his back.
The moment he entered, all eyes were on him. He walked up to to Klyde and put his hand on Klyde's shoulder. Klyde turned to the man and looked rather annoyed.
"Excuse me? Who are you and what do you want?" Klyde asked.

"My name is Xavier Lance, and you must be Klyde Tolan right?." Xavier said
"Not wrong, now what do you want?"
"My, my. Aren't you a rude one. Are you new to this town?"
"Yeah…"
"Well, I'm the guild master here, and I've taken an interest in you."
As everyone heard that, their jaws dropped.
"Him?!"
"Why that guy, he's only level 20."
"Why that weak guy?"
Xavier spomped his foot to the floor and everyone immediately went silent.
"Oh, you're that guy."
"Yes, I heard you had skypirian armour too. Where is it?"
"I left it."
"My, my? Wasn't it expensive? You shouldn't be reckless like that you know."
"Did you come here for my armour?"
"No, I wanted to ask you something. How did you level up that fast? For low levels, it's hard to level up. Especially my 20 levels in a few hours."
Klyde had to think for a moment. He didn't know wether telling him was a good idea or not. He knew that there might be consequences to it as it didn't seem like an ability a lot of people had orknow about. "Eh… training, fighting monsters?"
"Hmm…, you sure?" Xavier glared at him, not buying his excuse.
"Y-yeah. Monster hunting."
"Well, if you say so. Well, I'm gonna head off. Got a lot of work to do. See you later."
"Yeah, see ya."
Xavier then went to Aella before leaving the guild. Klyde looked back at the board like nothing happened and everyone minded their own business.
After scanning the board, he caught interest in three quests. One was gather 10 White frost tails and 10 cores for 60 silver, level 55. Second was retrieve metal from Iron golems for 10 silver per clump, max 20, level 45. Last was obtain 22 Kyther Wolf Fangs, 10 Kyther Wolf tails and cores for 3.5 gold, level 90.
They were above his level so he couldn't take them to his disappointment. He was curious why no one had taken the quests as it's easy money and went to ask Aella.
"Morning Aella." Klyde greeted.
"Morning Klyde. Found any quests yet?" Aella responded.
"Actually, I was curious about something." He placed the quest papers on the table. "Why has no one taken these yet?" Klyde asked.
"Oh, those. There's rumors that an A level beasts roams deep in the forest. That's where you'll find those monsters on the quests. People don't wanna risk their lives going for it as the town only has up to C ranks. Xavier is activity looking for the thing to get business running again though."
"You wouldn't mind reserving it for me then, right?"
"You can't be serious."
"I am. If no one's taking it, I wanna reserve it. I can't take it now but I plan on levelling up. Then I'll go deeper in the forest and kill those things."
"Is this about Erina?"
"Kinda. I need to get strong soon and make money while doing it."
"I swear, you have a death wish… Fine, I'll do it."
"Thanks, Aella. I'll be heading off now. Bye."
"Rest in peace Klyde." Aella teased.
Klyde rolled his eyes at the statement and left the guild.
He was now in the forest looking for monster. He has also gotten a new quest from the system.

Klyde took out his Blood Sword as the wolf jumped at him and with a swipe of his sword, he easy cut the wolf in half.

Klyde heard the sound of a water splash as he was turning he got his on the face by a water that sent him flying.

Klyde put his wand away and held his sword. He charged at the slime and jumped in the air, really to slice it in half. The slime blasted him again, knocking him away.
"Why does that thing have so much knockback?!" Klyde yelled. "No way am I dying to a slime."
Klyde charged at the slime again, dodging all of it's attacks. When he got close enough, he waited for it to shoot again and then used the meteor slash. He cut the slime in half and took out the core.
