Authoress P.o.v --- 4:00pm
As soon as Bella got upstairs to her room she slowly closed the door behind her as she pressed her back against the hardness of the door, her legs gave way and she slowly slumped to the floor with her both legs folded up as she crossed her arms on her knees. Bella slowly let her eyes wander around her very dark and gloomy bed room, before she bent her head and closed her eyea for a long while.
Bella's p.o.v
'sigh' 'what could mum and dad probably be talking about' I quickly stood up and headed to my bathroom hopefully a cool shower will take away my headache.
I emerged from the bathroom with a white towel wrapped around my body while drying up my wet hair, I felt a lot better, I was still drying my hair when the thought of giving Rafael a call popped up in my head. I reached for my phone as I sat on my bed ''yh, I should definitely give Raphael a call he should know what sought of mess his crazy bestie has gotten into'' I said out loud with a chuckle as if I was talking to someone, I was about to dial his number when i heard a soft knock on my door
*Knock knock*
"Bella come downstairs, your mum and I needs to have a word with you" my dad said from behind the door "um.... ok dad" I replied, I heard my dad's retreating footsteps as I hurriedly searched my closet for a casual wear, I puy on a plain blue short and a black oversized top as i headed downstairs, i wouldn't say i was nervous but i have no idea what i expected to hear, I would be transferred to another school? Yh that's the only option
My parents were already both sitted on the couch as I slowly approached them, my mum had an expression that told me things didn't go her way, while my dad looked calm as always, I sat down opposite my parents "Bella...." My dad called me, he was going to say something but I beat him to it
"Uh dad am really sorry, I know both you and mum are really upset with me am sorry" I started apologising, i hate iy when my dad is upset with me, but my mum..... She's always upset with, not like I care anyways
"it's alright honey, we have discussed this before you did what you felt was right, tho wrong bt not entirely your fault" my dad said with a tender smile that warmth my heart so much, my dad's so understanding and loving unlike my mum ugrr...
"Thanks dad" I said with a wild smile on my face
"Umm anyways your school file has been recorded attempt to murder as a reason for your expulsion so a transfer to another school is not going to be easy so I'll arrange for you to start homeschooling till you take your final exam and probably get into college" my dad said going straight to the point
" ohh...ok I guess that's not bad" I muttered, I was still in tenth grade, I'll have to do home school till I get into college, that's like 3 more years
"Yh that's not bad I'll quickly make arrangements" my dad said, I have never done home school before but I guess it's nice, i can play video games anytime i want to
"Pls dear focus on your studies" my dad added whilst I just nodded, like hell I hate reading my books
*Ring Ring Ring*
My dad's phone rang as he stood up and excused himself "hello..... good day to you...." I heard him saying as he walked of, 'must be work related' i guess. My dad works as a computer scientist in one of the well known computer programming companies in LA
"Are you really happy with home school?" My mum asked as I turned to her, her expression seemed to have softened "uh...yh" I replied "hmm really" my mum said as she stared at me, I was confused at how she sounded "it's was your dad's idea tho I wasn't in support of it" my mum said, I wasn't surprised tho "I suggested you go to the Holy Academy" my mum said with a creepy smile on her face, geez holy what now? Why would she go that far "your dad's decision won't last tho, cause you will go to the Holy Academy" she said before she started laughing, what's funny? I just sat still trying to make sense out of what she was saying.
"Haha I have good news ladies" my dad said as he gradually approached us and sat down on the couch "honey it has been approved" my dad said facing my mum with a smile "oh really!!" My mum exclaimed, what are they talking about? "I'll be leaving the state to New York" my dad broke the good news, honestly was I supposed to be happy? I suddenly started having a bad feeling about this but I couldn't tell why "Bella isn't that great news" my mum asked with a smile oh....no that smile on her face doesn't look normal, it surely has a hidden agenda, maybe am just overthinking things coz i was gonna miss my dad "yh I guess but why?" I asked "oh it's work you know the pear company are unleashing their latest work, a new pear accessory, pear laptop 15 100 and they need a handful of computer scientist from our company and luckily am among" my dad explained witha bright look 'sigh' he looks so happy, I don't get why i cant bring myself to feel happy about this "oh wow that's great" I said with a forced smile on my face, I got up and went back to my room, i felt so churned up, I really got to give Raphael a call.
