Luan left the building of the adventurers guild while snorting in derision at the idiots whose faces he had half destroyed.
'I just can't believe I was actually expecting to interact with those people!'
His expression remained cross until he spotted the patriarch still standing there while wiping a tear from his eyes.
The old man looked at him with a hint of amusement.
"Oh? I see you're done terrorizing those poor adventurers."
Luan stopped, reining in the glare that threatened to spill forth from his gaze, and then he spoke, his voice back to its actual soothing tone.
"Sir, lead the way… I would really like to see the grand mansion that is the Lunderwell family house…"
The patriarch chuckled, but he didn't delay any longer as he walked about the city's streets without anyone recognizing him.
In order to calm his nerves, Luan kept taking a look around the city, taking in whatever few beautiful sceneries the city had.
