Chapter 1 - I won't do what you tell me

"Alright, quiet down, everyone."

A loud voice commanded attention. In the classroom, students who had been chatting and laughing immediately fell silent and took their seats as a teacher entered.

"Today, we have two new students joining us." The teacher announced, standing behind his desk.

"Two transfer students?"

"Is it a boy or a girl?"

The students whispered among themselves, curious about the new arrivals. The girls hoped for a handsome boy, while the boys anticipated a pretty girl.

"Come on in," the teacher called, his voice directed toward the two students waiting outside.

With that, the first student walked in, and the entire classroom fell silent once more. He was tall, with black hair and dark eyes, dressed neatly in the school uniform. He made his way to the front and stopped on the podium, facing the students, who were so captivated by his presence that they hardly noticed the second student entering behind him.

"Please, introduce yourselves," the teacher instructed.

"My name is Daniel Park. Nice to meet you," said the first student, Daniel, with a warm smile.

"Oh my gosh, is he a model?"

"He's so handsome."

The girls were stunned, blushing as they took in his appearance.

"Tch."

"A pretty boy, huh?"

The boys scoffed in irritation, disappointed it wasn't a girl and annoyed that it was yet another pretty boy.

"Now, could you introduce yourself as well?" The teacher asked, looking at the second student, who hadn't spoken yet. But his question was met with silence.

"Excuse me?" the teacher asked again, noticing the student's lack of response.

"No!"

The voice was firm and loud, breaking the silence. The students, who had been focused on Daniel, turned to look at the second student, whom they had barely noticed until now. Once they saw him, their chatter died down completely, and they fell silent, startled by his presence. He was taller than Daniel by a significant margin, with slightly long black hair slicked back with hair gel, and fierce, light aqua-colored eyes. His muscular build strained against the fabric of his school uniform, but it wasn't just his appearance that was intimidating. His entire aura was wild and dangerous, as if he'll beat you to a pulp the second you foul mouth him.

The teacher looked taken aback, not expecting such a response. "Why?" he asked, a hint of irritation in his tone, suspecting the student might be another delinquent. If this behavior continued, he'd be sent straight to the principal.

"I won't do what you tell me." The student replied, fixing his intense gaze on the teacher, who flinched under his stare. "But I'll introduce myself because I want to, not because you told me to."

"U-Uh, then go ahead," the teacher said, his voice shaky, unnerved by the feeling this student gave off.

"Listen up, idiots," the student said loudly, scanning the room as each student nervously avoided his gaze. "The name's Austin Lee, and I'm going to make something clear here." He tilted his head down slightly, his eyes cold and menacing as they looked up at the class. The air around him felt thick with tension, and an ominous shadow seemed to form behind him, like the shape of a rattlesnake coiled and ready to strike to the point were the students could almost hear the serpent's hiss and the rattle of its tail as he continued. "If any of you jackasses tries to bother me, be it man or woman, you'd better be ready for me to open a can of whoop-ass on your sorry asses all over this building." Austin's face twisted in annoyance as he finished, "And no, it's not nice to meet you at all."
