**Chapter 112: Posting Tasks**
After posting a new message on the forum, Su Yu copied the content and shared it in the Guild Leaders' chat room.
The guild leader chat room had recently been expanded to accommodate up to 25 members, including leaders of the most prominent guilds in the game. This chat room served as a space for guild leaders to discuss guild management experiences and coordinate interactions, fostering cooperation among rival guilds. Many disputes between the larger guilds were resolved here, contributing to a more harmonious in-game environment.
As soon as Su Yu's post appeared, the guild leaders in the chat room quickly responded.
**Xia is already desolate:** "Boss Nemesis, another mission already? Does this one have a lot of experience points?"
**The Enemy in the Clouds:** "I just saw the forum post! Why'd you post it here at the same time?"
**Laser Pointer:** "Yeah, Boss, you should give us a heads-up in the chat room an hour or two earlier so we can be prepared."
Su Yu replied, "The mission experience is way better than last time, but posting it in advance would lead to big guilds hogging all the slots. The regular players would blame me for that."
**The Enemy in the Clouds:** "At least give us an approximate release time! My game time's nearly up today, so I'm missing out on this. Huge loss!"
**True Red-Eyed Black Dragon:** "Old Cloud, that's on you! I've been keeping track of Nemesis Boss for the past couple of days just for this. You wouldn't miss out if you did the same!"
**The Enemy in the Clouds:** "Argh! Should've thought of that myself—major oversight!"
**Su Yu:** "Alright, just get here as soon as you can. No spots left if you're late."
**Snow Leopard:** "I'm already in Maple Leaf City."
**Laser Pointer:** "Same here!"
**Snow in July:** "On the way."
The guild leaders quickly confirmed they were ready.
After closing the chat room, Su Yu turned his attention to a few people around him. Standing nearby were Sky Dragon, Winged Dragon, and Qianbei Buzui. Su Yu had given them a heads-up in advance—they were guild members, after all, and deserved some preferential treatment.
Sky Dragon, accompanied by a snow-white Howling Moon Wolf cub, was fidgeting as she looked up at Su Yu. "Brother Nemesis, when are we going to catch that panda?"
Although she liked the Howling Moon Wolf, it couldn't compare to a panda in her eyes.
"It'll take a while," Su Yu explained. "There's no panda available on this continent yet. But tomorrow, I'll be sending Qianbei Buzui to a hidden area for a special mission. When he returns, he can bring back a baby panda."
"Really? How long will it take?" Sky Dragon's eyes sparkled with excitement.
"About a month. After that, he should finish the trial and bring it back."
"A whole month? That's so long!" Sky Dragon clenched her fists in determination, looking at Qianbei Buzui. "Go for it, Big Brother! When you return, I'll definitely have a great reward ready for you!"
Qianbei Buzui gave her a reassuring smile, though he couldn't help but feel uncertain. He was a martial arts expert in real life, but he wondered if the in-game *martial artist* class would suit him. If it turned out to be full of unrealistic moves like *Desolate Prisoner's Finger* or *Starfall Strike*, he'd feel awkward.
Seeing Qianbei Buzui's hesitation, Su Yu chuckled. "No worries. You'll like this class. Plus, you'll have a series of trial missions to familiarize yourself with its skills. If it doesn't suit you, you can quit halfway; there's no pressure."
"That's reassuring. Thank you, President!" Qianbei Buzui sighed with relief.
"No need to thank me. It's mutually beneficial. Anyway, players are arriving. Go ahead and accept the quest."
Players from all around Maple Leaf City were streaming toward them. A long line of adventurers stretched down the main road from the city's portal.
Su Yu opened his quest panel, and a golden exclamation mark appeared above his head.
Noticing the symbol, Sky Dragon, Winged Dragon, and Qianbei Buzui quickly stepped forward to accept the quest.
**Ding!**
*Congratulations! You have triggered the large-scale scene battle [Deadly Escape].*
*Battle Description: While traveling back to Plantagenet City, the Imperial Princess, Ali Jie, has been ambushed by rebels. The enemy forces are powerful, and the princess's guards are struggling.*
*Objective: Help the princess escape the siege. Princess Ali Jie must survive.*
*Reward: 4,500 EXP, 15 Psionic Coins.*
This mission was much harder than the previous scene battle, with rewards increased by 50% to reflect the difficulty.
After accepting the quest, Sky Dragon and the others stepped aside to make room for other players.
Excited players crowded around Su Yu, eager to accept the mission. Many of them cheered as they received it.
"Haha! I got the quest! Whoa, 4,500 experience points!"
"4,500? Seriously? That's a ton!"
"Good thing we came early! If the big guilds took over, we'd be left with scraps."
"Thank you for sharing the quest, Nemesis!"
"Boss Nemesis, need a girlfriend in real life? I'm good-looking and can warm a bed..."
Su Yu laughed, politely declining the flirtatious offers while greeting players and managing the crowd.
Among the players, Su Yu spotted some familiar faces.
"Boss Nemesis, I'm here!" The red-eyed Black Dragon trotted over.
"Xiaohong! You got here fast!" Su Yu waved, grinning.
"...Xiaohong?" Black Dragon was caught off guard—no one had ever called him that before.
At that moment, Snow Leopard arrived at the city gate with his guild members in tow.
"Boss, I'm here!" he called to Su Yu from afar.
"Glad you made it, Little Leopard!" Su Yu replied.
Snow Leopard's smile faltered. "Uh, could you… not call me 'Little Leopard'?"
"Alright, what would you prefer? How about 'Xiaoxue,' or maybe 'Xiaohua'?" Su Yu joked.
Snow Leopard: "..."
Hearing Su Yu tease Snow Leopard, the surrounding players almost burst out laughing. Who would've thought the formidable leader of the top guild would get mocked by Su Yu? However, out of respect for Snow Leopard, they tried to hold back their laughter.
Snow Leopard and his guild moved in to accept the quest. As they approached, Su Yu noticed Snow Leopard had heavy dark circles under his eyes.
Knowing the responsibilities Snow Leopard managed even outside the game, Su Yu could tell that sleep was a luxury for him, especially given the need to level up for 12 hours daily.
"Snow Leopard, when's the last time you slept? Aren't you worried about sudden health issues?"
"It's alright," Snow Leopard replied with a smile. "The game has a vital sign monitoring system. If my health gets too low, it'll kick me out, so I can rest then."
Su Yu: "..."
It was hard not to feel sorry for him. It seemed like Snow Leopard had gone through this many times already—no doubt the game's support teams were feeling the pressure too.
Glancing at the [Tier 6 Temporary Experience Scroll] in his inventory, Su Yu thought about acquiring some life-saving tools in real life. Perhaps a *Psionic Fountain* could help reduce the burden on their support teams.
