Chapter 91 - Chapter 91: President Chat Room

**Chapter 91: President Chat Room**

"Level 33 rare equipment?!"

The mention of such a high-level item from Sky Dragon caused a stir across the square. Every player nearby reacted with shock.

After leaving the novice village, players became more familiar with how the equipment system worked. To acquire level 33 equipment, players typically had two options: reaching level 33 to unlock matching quests, or defeating level 33 monsters with a chance for item drops.

Nemesis, clearly, hadn't reached level 33 yet. So, how did he manage to defeat such a high-level monster at only level 18? Could it be that "level suppression" didn't apply to him?

Su Yu noticed their curiosity and smiled. "It's pretty simple—an advanced NPC gave me a buff, and that's how I managed to take down a level 33 boss, [Demonized Dave], and get this gear."

The crowd was left speechless.

In the crowd, Snow Leopard's face darkened. He'd heard Su Yu use this same explanation three times before—couldn't Senior Zhang come up with something different?

Meanwhile, several guild leaders had also gathered in the square. Spotting Su Yu, they took the opportunity to approach him.

"Hello, Nemesis! I'm Yunzhong Mudi, president of the Muyun Guild. Like you, I'm a magician. It's a pleasure to meet you!"

A lean, sharp-eyed young man stepped forward. This was Yunzhong Mudi, or Zhang Mu, in real life—the head of Muyun Group's gaming division and, in Su Yu's previous life, one of his major allies. Despite coming from a wealthy background, Yunzhong Mudi was approachable, reliable, and decisive—qualities that had left a good impression on Su Yu.

"Hello, it's nice to meet you as well," Su Yu replied warmly, shaking his hand.

Then, other guild presidents began introducing themselves one by one.

"Hello, Nemesis! I'm Xia Jilin, president of the World Guild."

"I'm the leader of Fire Emblem, Master Laser Pointer."

"And I'm True Red-Eyed Black Dragon, the vice president of the Emperor Blood Guild. I probably don't need to introduce myself further."

"I'm End of Autumn, from the Half-Year Guild."

Snow Leopard finally joined in. "Senior, I heard you're assigning quests here, so I've brought all guild members level 10 and above."

At this, the other guild presidents glanced at him in surprise. Snow Leopard was no small name—his guild had snagged two first-clears in Novice Village's main dungeons, and the "relevant departments" guild he led seemed poised to become the game's largest faction.

But why did Snow Leopard refer to Nemesis as "senior"? Snow Leopard looked to be in his thirties, while Nemesis was a young man barely in his early twenties.

Snow Leopard's show of respect felt both funny and alarming.

Especially for Yunzhong Mudi. He recalled the "Nemesis First-Person Video" he'd seen that morning, where even NPC guards addressed Nemesis as "Master"...

Clearly, despite his young age, Su Yu had considerable status both in and out of the game.

Sensing the unease among the guild leaders, Su Yu smiled and offered, "Since we're all here, why don't we set up a chat room to make it easier to stay in touch?"

"That's a great idea!"

"With the upcoming thousand-player quest, a chat room would be perfect for smoother coordination."

There was unanimous support for the idea, and soon, a "Guild Presidents Chat Room" was established. Su Yu took the role of group leader, while Snow Leopard, True Red-Eyed Black Dragon, and Yunzhong Mudi were made administrators with the authority to manage group members. The other six guild presidents, who represented smaller guilds, were given standard membership.

Among them, the largest guild, Sailing the Four Seas, had around 800 members, while the smallest, Half-Year Guild, had only about 400—small compared to the major guilds, which boasted thousands. Still, they didn't mind not being made administrators.

Once the chat room was ready, the guild presidents settled in for a friendly chat.

Five minutes later, Su Yu was still casually chatting with the guild leaders when Sky Dragon came over and tugged at his sleeve. "Brother Nemesis, should we start recruiting more people into the guild?"

Su Yu hesitated. Originally, he'd planned to recruit about a hundred players, to help manage the loot from his recent Wolf King run and start setting up the guild infrastructure. However, this plan was based on having Snowfall to manage the guild, as they'd previously discussed back in the novice village.

But a quick glance around told him Snowfall wasn't here.

Looking to Snow Leopard, Su Yu asked, "Where's Snowfall? Why didn't she come with you?"

"Oh, Luoluo's school organized a teaching support trip to a rural area, so she can't log in during the day for a while," Snow Leopard replied.

"Teaching support? Wouldn't that be for the Seventeenth Hope School in East Sea City?" Su Yu asked, curious.

Snow Leopard nodded. "Yep, that's the one. Did she already mention it to you?"

Su Yu's smile faltered slightly. Snowfall hadn't told him anything about this teaching trip.

In his previous life, he'd learned that a deadly [Soul-Eating Ghost] had attacked this very school, leading to countless teacher and student casualties. The timing wasn't lost on him—Snowfall was now part of that same teaching support program.

"Poor Snowfall," Su Yu thought, his expression momentarily somber. In his past life, she'd suffered terribly. First, she'd been forced out of the game for not completing certain tasks, and later, she'd lost her life during her teaching trip because of a ghostly attack.

Pulling Snowfall into guild management felt bittersweet. Should he intervene to ensure her luck turned, or would she continue to encounter misfortune?

Deciding to wait and see, Su Yu turned back to Sky Dragon. "The guild recruitment is on hold for now. We'll pick it back up when the guild manager is online. But as a guild official, feel free to invite your friends without needing my approval."

"Alright, Brother Nemesis," Sky Dragon replied, unconcerned with recruitment numbers.

Sky Dragon's interruption helped Su Yu refocus on the task at hand. He checked his progress on the Queen's mission chain—it was just about time to start.

Facing the crowd, he announced, "I'll be releasing the quest now! Come to me to receive it!"

With that, Su Yu opened his mission panel, linking the quest directly to himself.

A golden exclamation mark appeared above his head, drawing the attention of every player around him.
