A few days later, Uchiha Madara made an uncharacteristic visit to the courtyard where Reiki was staying. Tsunade was present as well, surprised by the visit.
"Master Madara, are you here to see Reiki?" Tsunade asked, confused. She had initially assumed Madara was there to speak with her.
"Ah," Madara replied. "There are some things I need to discuss with him."
Though his words were measured, it was clear even Madara himself found it peculiar. He had returned to Konoha with grander plans in mind, yet here he was, seeking advice from someone so much younger.
---
Reiki returned from his morning exercise to find the two of them waiting. "Teacher? Madara-sama? What's going on?" he asked, his curiosity piqued.
"Madara-sama has something to discuss with you," Tsunade said, rising to leave. "You two talk. I'll head out for a bit."
With that, Tsunade departed, leaving the two alone.
---
"You're looking for me?" Reiki asked, still a little bewildered. "Is something wrong with your body, Madara-sama?"
Madara sighed, shaking his head. "Why do you medical ninjas always want there to be something wrong with people? My body is fine," he said. "It's about what we discussed earlier."
Madara went on to explain the challenges the Uchiha clan was facing. Despite the changes initiated with the rewritten stone tablet, the clan's inherent pride and intensity continued to alienate others. Attempts by some Uchiha members to assist the villagers had often backfired, creating awkward misunderstandings and reinforcing negative stereotypes about the clan.
---
"Actually, the root of the issue lies in the clan's personality," Reiki said thoughtfully after listening. "I think what you need is a teacher."
"A teacher?" Madara echoed, baffled. "Who could possibly teach the Uchiha such a thing?"
"A teacher from your own clan," Reiki suggested, a sly smile forming on his face. "I know just the person—someone with the right experience and temperament."
"Who is it?" Madara asked, his interest piqued.

Later, Reiki and Madara approached Uchiha Obito. When Reiki proposed the idea of Obito becoming the clan's special instructor, the younger Uchiha was thoroughly confused.
"What? Me? A teacher? Boss, I can't do that," Obito protested, waving his hands. "I'm just a genin! How could I possibly guide the clan?"
"You're not teaching combat or advanced techniques," Reiki clarified, holding back laughter. "You're teaching how to help others."
"Help others?" Obito tilted his head. "That doesn't even need teaching! If someone needs help, you just… help them, right? Why does that need instruction?"
"Cough, cough…" Madara interjected, rubbing his temples. "Reiki, are you sure you're serious?"
"Absolutely," Reiki said with a grin. "Obito is perfect for this. Besides, he's an Uchiha. Who better to teach them something they clearly need to learn?"
Madara was skeptical, but Reiki's conviction won him over. "Alright," Madara said, turning to Obito. "You'll observe how our clan members handle helping others, then decide if you can guide them."
Obito hesitated but eventually agreed. "Fine. I'll take a look."

**On Konoha's streets.**
Uchiha Natsume, one of the clan's younger members, was tasked with assisting a villager. The new rule required every Uchiha to "help someone" at least once every three days. However, this seemingly simple task was proving to be torture for Natsume.
His stern expression and intense demeanor only frightened people. As he walked the street, he spotted an old man struggling to push a cart.
"Hey, old man! Have you eaten? Why are you so weak?" Natsume said, attempting to sound friendly. Unfortunately, his tone and piercing glare had the opposite effect.
The old man panicked, his strength surging in fear. He pushed the cart with such force that it sped away, leaving a trail of dust.
Natsume stood there, stunned. "What just happened?" he muttered. If he didn't complete the task, he would lose access to the coveted clan potions for the month—a dire consequence.
Frustrated, he shouted into the empty street, "Someone let me help them!"
The once-busy street quickly emptied as villagers fled, whispering things like, **"When did the Uchiha start acting so strange?"** and **"That man is terrifying!"**
Natsume's shoulders slumped in defeat. His attempts to be helpful had only made things worse.

Obito, watching from a distance with Madara, scratched the back of his head awkwardly. "I think I understand the problem now," he said sheepishly.
"This is already the sixth person we've observed today," Madara muttered, rubbing his forehead. "It's worse than I thought."
"Boss," Obito said, turning to Reiki, "I might need to rethink this whole teacher thing…"
