Chapter 267 - **Chapter 267: Three Funny People, Nozuki Watching the Show!**

After a brief inquiry, Reiki couldn't help but laugh.

While Reiki and Nozuki were busy interrogating and treating the captives, Minato and the others had gone aside for some combat training. Since they had previously undergone Jiraiya's intense combat training back in the village and with a powerful medical ninja like Reiki around, they felt confident enough to push themselves to the limit.

Their training quickly escalated because they agreed not to use secret techniques, relying only on taijutsu and basic ninjutsu to burn off the remnants of energy from a potion still lingering in their bodies.

The result? Aburame Kan lost control of her bugs and was knocked to the ground in the first round. The subsequent battle between Minato and Akimichi Dinza turned intense, with both showcasing impressive physical prowess and still fueled by residual potion energy.

Soon, the scene turned chaotic as the three of them nearly defeated themselves in their training. Exhausted and injured, they collapsed on the ground. Expecting Reiki to rush over to treat them, they were surprised to find him and Nozuki busy with their interrogation.

Left with no choice, they had to crawl over to where Reiki was.

This bizarre scene made Nozuki stifle a laugh.

"Alright, try not to laugh so hard," Reiki said, trying to contain his amusement as he began treating them.

These three were quite the characters. If they'd pushed themselves any further, they might not have made it through Reiki's treatment.

It took over an hour for Reiki to fully heal them.

"Alright, all patched up," Reiki said.

"Ahem, Reiki, please don't tell anyone about this," Minato said, embarrassed. If word got out, their reputation would suffer.

"Sure, sure," Reiki chuckled. "By the way, Brother Minato, here's the information on those six." He handed over the interrogation notes to Minato.

As the team leader, it was Minato's call on how to handle the captives.

"Black market money exchange?!" Minato's expression darkened as he read the report.

During their last encounter with these elite ninjas, Minato had suspected something was off. Facing six elite Jonin, even with Nozuki's help, was a daunting challenge. And Minato had not yet reached the level of the Yellow Flash.

"Brother Minato, someone put a bounty on you," Reiki said, producing Minato's bounty order.

Konoha Ninja Village, Namikaze Minato, elite Jonin, with a bounty of 3,200 million taels.

Konoha Ninja Village, Aburame Kan, Jonin, bounty of 1,900 million taels.

Konoha Ninja Village, Akimichi Dinza, Jonin, with a bounty of 2,000 million taels.

Reiki and Nozuki weren't listed in the belongings they'd confiscated.

"I can't say for sure," Minato sighed. "We've completed too many missions and made plenty of enemies."

The existence of bounties on their heads was troubling, especially with elite Jonin-level attackers. It wasn't just a threat to them but to other Konoha ninjas as well.

"So, should we release these six or kill them?" Reiki asked, showing the true identities of the captives to Minato.

Minato grimaced as he read their backgrounds. The captives were from three major villages—Kumogakure, Iwagakure, and Sunagakure. There were also representatives from Amegakure, Takigakure, and the Land of Grass.

Bringing them back to Konoha would create diplomatic tensions. These were not ordinary village ninjas. If taken prisoner, it could lead to accusations of inciting conflict. With the Second Ninja War just ended, even Minato wanted to avoid such trouble.

But releasing them was also risky. There was no guarantee they wouldn't return for another attack.

"Minato, let them go," Aburame Kan said, noticing Minato's hesitation. "We have other tasks to focus on."

After a moment's thought, Minato nodded. He released the seals on the captives.

Reiki's treatment had restored their chakra and stamina. The six exchanged wary glances and vanished in different directions, grateful for their lives. They knew better than to challenge Minato's team again after being spared.

"Alright, let's move on to the next mission," Minato said, leading the team away.

The following days were filled with pursuit missions, intelligence gathering, and station defense. Reiki and Nozuki didn't have much to do in terms of battle. Occasionally, they would deal with Chunin-level opponents, but those were easily dispatched by them.

Meanwhile, Minato, Kan, and Dinza pushed themselves to the limit in combat, frequently returning to Reiki for treatment before heading back out.

Reiki's skills were in high demand; he healed both allies and captured enemies, extracting valuable information through interrogation. It was a productive, albeit tiring, routine.

However, Nozuki grew restless.

"Reiki, this is so boring!" she complained. "This is all your fault."

Reiki looked at her, exasperated. Women could be so unreasonable sometimes.

By then, they had entered the Land of Grass.

"Let's take a break here," Minato said, reviewing the mission notes. "We've been going non-stop for days, and everyone needs a rest. Nozuki, you can join us on the next mission."

"Finally!" Nozuki said, relieved. If she had to keep watching from the sidelines, she'd go crazy.

"Wait, where's Reiki?" Minato asked, realizing that the medic-nin was nowhere in sight.
