I was busy exploring the room when I felt a great headache and I fell from the chair I was seating on and was lying on the bare floor and the memories of the outer lady came rushing down into my head.
Flashback a day ago
Cassandra walked into the house looking very tired and a maid rushed to collect her bag.
"Miss Cassandra, here you are, how are you doing? It's been a long time, awwn , see your cheeks'' Dora gushed poking Cassandra's cheeks. She's friendly with everyone so they're free around her.
''Thanks Dora'' Cassandra managed to give a smile, ''where's d ad'' she asked.
''He is in the study room, I'll call him right now'' Dora looked up at the stairs and saw Jasmine and albert Cassandra's dad, coming downstairs.
''Ohhh there he is. I will leave now, I have to set the table'' Dora said and Cassandra nodded before she left for the kitchen. Cassandra let out a sigh and approached her dad.
''Good evening dad'' she hugged him and he patted her hair.
''How are you doing darling?'' he asked as he sat down on one of the dining chairs. Cassandra glared at jasmine and took her seat. Albert cleared his throat when he noticed the way they were glaring at each other.
''Cassandra, I just wonder when you're going to take jasmine as your mother
''She isn't my mother'' she corrected almost immediately
''I won't talk about that tonight, since I called you here for something different''
''That will be better'' Cassandra said
Dora served the meal and bowed at albert before leaving. Afterwards Blake came in thorough the front door and tried to sneak in without anyone noticing him.
''if you try to take a step Blake, I won't hesitate to cut off that d^ck of yours. I know you went a fu^cking spree again.
Blake froze as he heard his father's words, then walked to the dining slowly. He sat beside his mum, smiling awkwardly.
''Hi everyone'' He waved and Cassandra waved back
''Welcome back from the sex world''
''Sis, how many times do I have to tell you that I don't f^ck girl...''
''Will you shut the fuck up' 'albert yelled at him.
Jasmine hit Blake on the arm. ''don't annoy father''. She turned back to albert and smiled ''don't mind him dear, he's just so silly''.
''Become a reasonable guy Blake, very soon you'll be done with college and go to university, you'll soon get married'' Albert told him.
Blake chuckled and stuck a cheese in his mouth ''you speak as though I'm getting married tomorrow. Cassandra is the one you should be telling that she's already 25, I'm just 16''
Albert rubbed his head and continued eating. ''I thank god for blessing me with a son like you'' he said sarcastically.
''You can say that again dad '' Blake said with a smile. Jasmine hit him, trying to caution him.
''Ouch, mum'' he rubbed his back.
''If you continue like this, I'll have to freeze your account'' albert him. Hearing that Blake quickly composed himself.
''So sorry dad. I'll be a good son as from now on''
''You've been saying that for how long I can't remember, so it's better you keep shut''.
Cassandra smirked and Blake frowned at her, he tightened his fist and focused on his food.
''Honey can you please tell my step- daughter why you summoned her here'' Jasmine told her husband and smiled slyly.
''Yeah Cassandra''
''Yes dad''
''The thing is...... you're getting married in 3 days' time''.
''That? Cassandra lifted her head with a shocked expression. Blake's mouth was opened to in amazement, he couldn't believe what he just heard. His sister his getting married? To who then?
'' what do you mean dad?''

''what the heck'' Cassandra yelled and stood up angrily. ''why are you just telling me about this dad? Besides, I have a boyfriend, what happens to my relationship''
'' your relationship with that low life has to end. He has been the one brain washing you all this while right?'' Albert said out of anger.
Cassandra looked at Blake who shrugged innocently. He's the only one who knows about her relationship, so how come her dad knows? Then she suddenly remembered Jasmine, she glared at her, that vixen! There's no length she can't go to just to destroy her life. Jasmine knows that if Cassandra gets married, Blake would have to take over the family's business instead of her.
'' he's the reason you have been behaving weird lately right? so now you'll have to quit that relationship of yours and get married to Damon Dax the heir and son to my very best friend George. Get ready to meet him in the next two days and you'll be in this house till you get married to him and if you try to act smart by eloping with that rabbit of yours I won't hesitate to slaughter your rabbit right in front of you'' Albert said and stood up.
'' I've lost my appetite my two children are so disobedient''
''Calm down honey, I'll talk to Cassandra I'm sure she wouldn't want to disobey your orders'' jasmine said giving Cassandra a smirk.
''It's better you do'' he stated and walked away.
Tears had started flowing down Cassandra's cheeks. She picked up her back and left for her room.
''Sis! Sis! ''Blake kept calling her, he stood up to follow her but his mum held his him.
''Come back here, you don't have to follow her'' Jasmine supposed.
''Mum, I know this is your doing, why do you hate Cassandra so much? Blake yelled.
''Don't you dare raise your voice at me, you ungrateful jerk! I'm only trying to help you. If Cassandra gets married, then your father's properties and company can be yours'' jasmine specified holding Blake's hand.
Blake snatched away his hands from her. ''I can't believe you're my mother. You are so wicked'' he rolled his eyes and walked away.
''Blake! Blake!!' she called him but he turned deaf ears at her.
''oh my goodness! what kind of son is this?'' she said and went upstairs.
Flash back over
The great headache stopped and I felt relieved. I glanced at the door which was sounding with several knocks. I sighed and told the maid to come in.
'' Good morning madam Cassandra'' grace the maid greeted, bowing her head. I replied with a nod and that earned me a surprise look from her.
'' Did I say something wrong'' I asked and she gave me an awkward smile nodding her head.
''No…. no… madam Cassandra'' she replied.
'Better and what are you here for?'' I asked with a very serious look on my face because I hate it when people are around me, I prefer being alone and that has become my habit since I lost my parents.
'' Sorry ma, I just came to call you for breakfast'' she said with an apologetic look on her face.
''Okay, I'll come downstairs after I'm done bathing''. I mentioned standing up from bed lazily.
''Okay ma '' she replied and moved out of the room.
I yawned stretching my body and moved into the bathroom to take a very cool bath.

I quickly moved out of the room and went downstairs after dressing up. Wow! . This place looks so beautiful, it's just slightly different from mine.
The outta lady family are already at the dining, ready to have breakfast, I walked up to them and I greeted my new dad who still looks handsome despite his old age.
I'm so happy I now have a family; I won't have to live all alone anymore in this wicked world. My ears become wet as I remembered my parents, I missed them so much.
''Good morning dad'' I greeted with a faint smile on my face. He pulled me in for a hug.
''Good morning darling'' he replied breaking the hug and gesturing his hand towards a chair for to sit.
''Thanks dad'' I appreciated and he nodded.
'' sis, good morning'' a guy greeted me and I guess that Cassandra's step- brother, he's so fond of her, I just have to play along even though it's not easy
'' morning Blake '' I greeted back and he flashed me a smile.
I put on a puzzled look as I saw a lady in her mid- forty sitting beside my dad, her face looked so familiar, I'm very sure I know her in my previous life. Suddenly, a frown appeared on my face as I remembered who she was, she's Sebastian wife and already has a male child for him. Why is she here? I'm sure she's here to carry out an evil act, that beast sent her here to dupe my dad.
I widened my brows as something popped into my head, this was the same woman Sebastian sent to shot me, I can recognize her clearly because she didn't cover her face that day. OH, Sebastian you aren't going to have your way this time around.
Everywhere was silent and I was enjoying my meal not until my dad broke the peaceful and silent atmosphere with a very unnecessary talk.
'' cassie when we all this drama stop? He asked raising questioning brows at me.
'' dad, what are you talking about?'' I enquired.
I definitely knew he was talking about my behavior towards that bitch. I put on an innocent look, pretending as if I knew nothing.
'' cassie, stop all this pretense, you absolutely know what I'm talking about. He mentioned putting a spoonful of rice in his mouth.
'' oh … '' I said pretending I just got the message he was trying to pass to me. ''you don't have to worry about that dad because I can never accept jasmine as my mother'' I replied with a frown on my face.
'' cassie! Things have to change you're getting married soon.
Surely things are going to change but not as accepting as jasmine as my own mum. Things will definitely change because I'm going to make sure I destroy the plan of this bitch and her master and make the life of both of them miserable and make sure I remove my new dad from their snare.
'' don't worry darling soon or later cassie is going to accept me'' she assured giving me a devilish.
I smirked at her words that will never happen, I can never accept a murder as my own mother.
'' okay dear, I hope that happens so''. Hmmn my dad is just hoping what can never happen.
'' I hope you're already making preparation for cassie's wedding, you know the great day is coming closer and I don't want any sort of mess .
'' yes I'm preparing greatly for the wedding, even I already ordered a wedding gown for her and It's will be delivered today.
What kind of a woman is this, she just went ahead and ordered a wedding gown without asking for my opinion.
'' okay sweetheart, I trust you, just make sure everything is in perfect'' he said gulping down a glass of water after finishing his meal. He stood up and walked upstairs.
'' sis I'll miss you so much'' Blake said walking up to me and pull me into a hug. I feel so awkward right now; it's been a long time I received a hug as tight as this.
''don't worry Blake you can come around anytime you 're free, remember you're always welcome'' I stated breaking the hug before I get emotional.
'' okay sis'' he replied and walked upstairs not even sparing his mother a glare.
I'm sure she's burning with anger right now because she doesn't like seeing her son around me but unfortunately for her, Blake is so fond of me.
