" Must be funny isn't it . To think the great mage , Liana Everly would bow to this commoner ." Celeste Harper proudly say to Liana. As if being humiliated in front of other student isn't enough. She just want Liana to experience the greatest humiliation in her life.
Tears were beginning to form in Liana's eyes. She walked away while muttering " Laugh all you want . We'll see if you can keep laughing later on. "
Everyone kept talking about her craziness and how it's time for someone to put her in her place.

Liana looked up and see Professor Ethan. He was holding a handkerchief. Without answering , Liana immediately walked away. She can't just let anyone know her secret yet.
" Hey , wait up. You're hurting. Let's go to infirmary. " ,he casually grab Liana hands and drag her.
" What! Let me go!" , with that Professor Ethan was blast away.
Well Liana doesn't need to be reminded , she immediately went off. As she walked she kept hearing students saying what a bitch she is. How dare she blast Professor Ethan.
"Well , rather than talking about facts, why not you go help your prince charming over there. "
"Eep!", the students squeal. Liana muttered under her breath ," How annoying ".
Liana was livid. She got slapped and yet everyone act as if Celeste is the victim. The audacity. Not to mention , she just hurt their favourite teach. Whatever , she is Liana Everly , and she refused to let those words control her life.
That night , Liana went to the academy's lake. It is said that , the lake is magical. But the truth is the lake is not magical. It just that Liana often swim there and let her mana out. Guess the lake , actually absorbing her excess mana.
Liana sighed. The zephyr caressing her cheek as if they are comforting her. The moon shone brightly and the stars are twinkling in the pitch black sky.
" How are you , dearest phantom ? " , she asked via the telepathy.
" My cheeks hurt.", her mate whine.
" Sorry , got slap by a bitch."
" Well , did you slap her back ? " he genuinely curious since as fast as he knows Liana was a petty person and definitely hold grudge.
"No. I was tempted but decided not to. I want to see her despair."

As soon as the link was cut off , liana felt dizzy. Trying to maintain the magic's output was much harder than she thought.
