Caelus just blinked. "Will looks the creator of this system didn't make it easy at all".
Caelus leaned back against the wall of his room, absorbing the extensive capabilities of the Star System. "So, I'm basically a cosmic Swiss Army knife?" he muttered, trying to wrap his mind around the depth of what was being offered to him.
[ You could say that. Each power has its potential and limitations, which will require careful consideration in their application. The more you understand these abilities, the more effectively you can utilize them. ]
He sighed, feeling the weight of responsibility. "Great, no pressure or anything."
[ Consider it an opportunity for growth. Every challenge faced will contribute to your development and understanding of your powers. Remember, you are not alone in this journey. ]
Caelus chuckled dryly, "Yeah, but if I mess up, I might blow something up—or worse, attract some cosmic horror."
[ That is a possibility. However, your companions on the Astral Express will likely have experience dealing with unique circumstances. Training and teamwork are vital. ]
Taking a deep breath, Caelus nodded. "Alright, let's get serious. I need to figure out how to use this stuff without destroying anything…or myself." He stood up and began pacing the room, his mind racing with possibilities.
"Maybe I can start by practicing the smaller abilities. Light control seems manageable. I can work on creating barriers or projecting light without going all out." He stopped and looked around the room, eyes landing on the window. "And gravity…that could come in handy."
[ Those are wise choices. Starting with basic manipulation will help you gain confidence and control before tackling the more complex abilities. ]
"Okay," Caelus said, a sense of determination swelling within him. "Let's give it a shot."
He closed his eyes, focusing on the energy within him. He felt a warm hum coursing through his body, a gentle reminder of the cosmic powers waiting to be unleashed. Caelus concentrated on the idea of light, picturing starlight shimmering in his mind.
With a flick of his wrist, he summoned a small orb of starlight above his palm. It glimmered, casting soft shadows on the walls.
"Alright, not bad," he murmured, a grin creeping onto his face. "Now let's see if I can do something else."
Caelus shifted his focus to gravity, imagining the sensation of being weightless, as if he were floating through space. He raised his other hand, trying to pull the starlight orb closer to him. To his surprise, the orb obeyed, gliding smoothly through the air until it hovered just above his outstretched fingers.
"Wow, this is actually…kinda cool!" he exclaimed, excitement bubbling within him.
[ Remember, Caelus, while it's thrilling to explore your powers, don't lose focus. Maintaining control is crucial. ]
He nodded, feeling the urge to push further. "Let's see how far I can take this."
As he began to experiment, he found that manipulating the orb's size and brightness was easier than he anticipated. With each adjustment, he felt more connected to the cosmic energy surging through him. But he quickly realized the importance of moderation.
"Okay, no need to overdo it," he said aloud, glancing at the wall. "I'd like to keep my room intact, thank you very much."
As he settled back into a focused rhythm, a thought crossed his mind: What if I could use this power to help the team?
The idea of joining the Astral Express and contributing to their adventures ignited a spark of ambition within him. Caelus envisioned himself utilizing his cosmic abilities in battle, supporting his newfound allies with light and gravity manipulation.
After several successful attempts, he decided to test his limits with a minor spell. He focused on creating a small barrier of starlight in front of him, imagining it shimmering and strong.
As the barrier formed, it radiated a soft glow, illuminating the room. He felt a sense of accomplishment wash over him.
"Not bad for a newbie," he said, grinning to himself. "Now I just need to make sure I can keep this under control."
Suddenly, a knock echoed through his door, pulling him from his reverie.
"Caelus, are you in there?" March's cheerful voice called from outside.
He quickly dispelled the barrier, unsure of how she would react to seeing his newfound powers. "Uh, yeah! Just a minute!"
As he straightened his room, Caelus took a deep breath. He couldn't let his powers intimidate him or anyone else. He opened the door with a smile, ready to embrace whatever the Astral Express had in store for him.
"Hey, March! What's up?"
March beamed at him, her enthusiasm infectious. "Himiko wants everyone to meet in the lounge! We have a new mission, and I thought you'd want to join us!"
"Count me in!" Caelus replied, feeling a thrill of anticipation. "Let's see what this adventure is all about."
As they walked together toward the lounge, Caelus couldn't shake the feeling that this was just the beginning of something extraordinary. With new powers to explore and companions to fight alongside, the future looked bright—and cosmic.
After a while, they arrived to the place where Himiko was, as Himiko looked at everyone
Himiko them spoke. "Thanks to conductor, we are going to the next planet"
Welt then moved his glasses. "Yes but one problem, we need to get more fual"
March sighed. "Oh just great"
Caelus looked at March. "How is that a problem, I think most planet's have fual"
Dan Heng just looked at him and spoke. "No, because what the Astral Express uses it not Gas, it is something called Trailblazer Power"
Welt then explains. "Trailblazers Power is something that is naturally produced by planets then self, it moved and is produced in a very low but fast prose, the problem with that is, each plant has a limit amount, and Astral Express needs it to visit planet's".
As the group gathered in the lounge, Caelus felt a mixture of excitement and curiosity about the challenges ahead. The walls of the Astral Express were adorned with colorful murals of distant galaxies, which seemed to reflect the vast adventures they were about to undertake.
Himiko continued, "So, we need to find a planet with enough Trailblazer Power to fuel our journey. The next destination is critical, and if we can't gather enough energy, we might be stuck."
March frowned, clearly frustrated. "So we could be wandering around in space for who knows how long?"
Welt nodded, adjusting his glasses again. "Exactly. This isn't just about finding fuel; it's about timing. The production of Trailblazer Power fluctuates based on the planet's conditions, and we need to act quickly."
Caelus listened intently, trying to absorb the information. "So, how do we find a planet with enough of this Trailblazer Power? Is there a way to detect it from here?"
Dan Heng responded, his voice calm and collected. "Yes, we can use the Astral Express's navigation system to scan nearby celestial bodies. We should be able to identify potential planets that produce sufficient Trailblazer Power."
"Great!" Caelus exclaimed, eager to contribute. "Can I help with the scan? I've got some new abilities that might come in handy."
Welt raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What can you do?"
Caelus straightened, a confident grin on his face. "I can manipulate light and gravity, and I can create constructs out of starlight. I might be able to assist with the navigation or even enhance the scanning process."
Himiko's eyes lit up. "That sounds amazing! If you can help us identify the best options, we might save some time."
"Alright, let's give it a shot," Dan Heng said, leading the way toward the control room.
As they entered, Caelus felt a rush of excitement at the sight of the control panels and screens displaying various star maps and planetary data. It was unlike anything he had ever experienced, and he could sense the potential for adventure radiating from the equipment.
"Alright, Caelus," Dan Heng said, gesturing toward the main console. "We'll need to run a scan for nearby planets. Can you focus on amplifying the readings?"
"Got it," Caelus replied, stepping up to the console. He closed his eyes for a moment, channeling his cosmic energy as he visualized the starlight around him. He focused on the navigation systems, trying to enhance their capabilities using his powers.
With a flick of his wrist, a shimmering orb of light appeared above the console, casting a soft glow that enhanced the screens. The systems began to hum with energy, displaying a broader range of data.
"Whoa, it's working!" March exclaimed, eyes wide with amazement. "Look at how much clearer everything is!"
Welt nodded approvingly. "Excellent. Now let's find a planet that can meet our needs."
As the screens flickered, a list of nearby planets appeared, each with various readings of Trailblazer Power. Caelus concentrated, feeling the energy in the air and guiding the system's analysis.
"Here," he pointed at a planet marked in bright green. "This one has a high concentration of Trailblazer Power. The readings suggest that we could gather enough fuel to ensure our journey continues smoothly."
Dan Heng scanned the data, nodding in agreement. "This planet is ideal. We should prepare to set course immediately."
Himiko clapped her hands together, excitement evident on her face. "Great job, Caelus! Let's get ready to head out!"
As they prepared for departure, Caelus felt a sense of accomplishment wash over him. Not only had he contributed to the team's efforts, but he had also begun to understand the value of his powers in a real-world context.
"Let's gather the supplies and get everything in order," Welt instructed, pulling out a holographic map of the planet. "We'll need to strategize our approach once we land."
"Do we know what to expect?" Caelus asked, glancing at the map.
Welt frowned slightly. "The planet appears to be thriving with life, but we should be cautious. Trailblazer Power can sometimes attract unwanted attention, and we need to be prepared for any potential conflicts."
"Got it," Caelus replied, feeling the weight of their mission. "I'll be ready for anything."
As they gathered their gear, Caelus couldn't help but feel a rush of anticipation. This was his chance to prove himself, to not only learn more about his powers but to fight alongside his new friends on the Astral Express. The thought of embarking on this journey filled him with determination.
As the Astral Express began to shift into motion, Caelus took a deep breath, ready to embrace whatever challenges awaited them on the new planet.
