"Are you sure you want to go through with this?" Dante asked his wife as he was walking behind her with a concerned face. She had agreed to meet Arslan at an abandoned warehouse just outside the city, but he knew she wasn't planning on paying the ransom he was asking for.
Lena, standing outside her building after coming out, had already gone back on her word with Arslan. Instead of the small security detail she'd agreed to take with her to the meeting, there were now ten armed men and four cars armed and ready to blast Arslan and whoever thought of helping him.
"Yes, I'm very sure," she replied. "If he thinks kidnapping my son will make me cave in, he's extremely mistaken. Also, our man is almost done with the job I assigned him. He's ready to take out his friends at that shithole as we speak," she added, a smile playing on her lips.
