After waiting for Mia to finish, Officer Ava and Officer Jake followed her around the city for a few more minutes until they finally arrived at the hotel where she and Arslan were staying.
Mia had already gone inside after spending more than half the day with her friends, who dropped her off in a fancy SUV that Ava and Jake had never seen around Arslan's apartment before.
But that wasn't their primary concern right now, as their entire focus was now on locking in on Arslan who still hasn't shown his face yet. Knowing where he was would significantly increase their chances of finding Rolla, bringing them one step closer to unraveling the tangled web of their investigation.
