Tiandu City, as its name suggests, is the eminent capital of the Tiandu Continent, the central imperial city, and also the seat of Tiandu Academy, a renowned Cultivation Holy Land; it is one of the most bustling capitals on the Tiandu Continent, even somewhat outshining the imperial cities of the Three Great Empires.
But this does not mean that other imperial cities are inferior, it's just that Tiandu City holds a special status, founded by the first generation Divine, Tiandu Great Saint himself. It occupies the best region on the Tiandu Continent, and with a place like Tiandu Academy as a Cultivation Holy Land, power tends to be more concentrated here. Even several of the key forces of the Super powers are stationed within Tiandu City, which naturally makes it particularly flourishing.
