Sabaody Archipelago
"Can... can it really be like this...?"
Kid stared at the small boat and the red-colored Luffy in the picture, completely shocked.
Capone Bege took a puff of his cigar, his face full of surprise. "That Straw Hat kid... he's really a genius when it comes to developing techniques..."
A perfectly good Devil Fruit, yet he's come up with such outrageous moves...
Scratchmen Apoo chimed in, "I gotta admit, this move is seriously effective! With this, even if you hit a storm at sea, you could escape to safety in no time..."
Trafalgar Law added, "Indeed, he's worthy of being the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates... Both captains are incredibly strong."
Marine Headquarters.
Donquixote Doflamingo grinned widely. "Fufufu! That red-colored Straw Hat kid is really something!"
Kuzan, standing below the high platform behind him, scratched his head. "His Devil Fruit ability development is really outside the box..."
Borsalino, with his lips pursed, said, "Hmm... it's truly unexpected! If I had eaten that Devil Fruit, I wouldn't have thought to develop it like this..."
Boa Hancock lightly touched the red frame with her finger and murmured, "That Luffy over there seems even cuter..."
In the chat room.
Usopp exclaimed, "Wow! This... this is like a rubber version of the Coup de Burst!"
Franky said, "This is even more practical than the Coup de Burst! The Coup de Burst uses up three barrels of Cola for every kilometer! Luffy's new propulsion system doesn't use anything at all!"
Roronoa Zoro commented, "No, Luffy's move probably consumes even more! I'd estimate it burns through tons of food for every kilometer..."
Vinsmoke Sanji laughed, "Ahahaha! If we don't refuel him with food, we might have to use up one Luffy for every kilometer..."
Brook said, "But Luffy definitely has to learn this skill! If we run out of cola, this move could save our lives!"
Monkey D. Luffy said, "Makes sense, I'll give it a try..."
Mary Geoise
Warcury squinted. "The power of that fruit is said to be the most absurd and ridiculous in the world..."
Nusjuro leaned on his sword and said in a deep voice, "Yes... judging by that red Luffy over there, his fruit hasn't even awakened yet, but the development is already heading towards madness."
After a moment of thought, he continued, "Now I understand why this Devil Fruit chose him willingly!"
"It's clear that Monkey D. Luffy is almost certainly the most crucial spark of revolution!!"
Mars stroked his long beard, his expression serious. "As soon as this broadcast is over, notify the CP0 agents immediately. Make Monkey D. Luffy the most wanted criminal!"
[After leaving the stormy area, Luffy opened a wax paper package and pulled out the preserved meat Dadan had prepared for him. He ate it along with some pancakes.]
[Perhaps because the technique he had just used drained too much energy, Luffy was ravenous. Without realizing it, he devoured everything he had brought with him.]
["Looks like I didn't bring enough meat… I'm only half full."]
[Luffy patted his stomach and stared blankly at the sea.]
[Time passed quickly. Two days later, Luffy was starving.]
[Fortunately, he reached an island—Kotō Island.]
Luffy docked his ship at the shore and headed straight into town, making a beeline for a restaurant.
"Boss! Hurry up and bring me some meat, I'm starving!" Luffy shouted weakly, slamming his money bag onto the table.
Seeing the bulging bag of berries, the boss's eyes widened in surprise.
"Wow, we've got a big spender here..." the boss thought.
"Alright! Young man, we've got the finest mountain beef in our shop. Want to give it a try?" the boss asked, immediately promoting the most expensive item on the menu.
"Sure, as long as it fills me up," Luffy replied casually.
Luffy hadn't spent much money growing up, so he had no sense of expensive versus cheap meat. All he knew was he had money, and with that, he could get his fill of meat.
Soon, a plate of fragrant, secret braised mountain beef was set in front of him, and Luffy happily dug in.
"By the way, boss, are there any strong people on this island?" Luffy asked while shoveling down the mountain beef.
During this journey, Luffy wanted to meet strong fighters and grow stronger through battle.
"Yes, there are!" the boss replied.
Rarely did someone order the premium mountain beef, so the boss was eager to provide Luffy with more information.
"If you're looking for strong fighters, you've got to know about Roronoa Zoro, the pirate hunter! He roams the seas like a ghost, hunting down powerful pirates and turning them in for bounties."
"His strength is unquestionable..." the boss continued, even raising a thumbs-up in recognition of Zoro's power.
"That's awesome! Where is he?" Luffy asked, a wide smile spreading across his face as he took another bite.
"Huh? You actually want to find him?" The boss's expression changed instantly, and he leaned in close, speaking in a low, cautious tone. "Young man, I thought you were just asking out of curiosity. If you're serious about finding him, I strongly advise against it!"
"Why?" Luffy asked, confused.
The boss's face took on a nervous look. He instinctively glanced outside the door before whispering, "Because it's said that guy's like a devil, and he kills without mercy!"
"That sounds terrifying..." Luffy replied, his face growing serious.
He thought to himself that when facing such a strong opponent, he couldn't afford to be careless.
When the time came, he'd go all out from the start—no room for mistakes! (T/N: RIP)
