[KRISHNA'S POV]
I slowly open my eyes, blinking away the last traces of sleep. The room is dimly lit, and I glance around. Anu, Ammu, Raji, and Aamukta are still asleep, their soft breathing filling the peaceful space. Their arms are wrapped around me, and I carefully shift, trying not to disturb them. With gentle movements, I free myself from their embrace and sit up.
The clock on the wall reads five in the morning—still early. I stretch my arms, feeling the tightness in my muscles ease as I get up from the bed. Quietly, I walk toward the gallery, each step careful not to wake the others.
As I step out into the gallery, the cool morning air greets me, brushing against my face and sending a shiver down my spine. It's still dark, but Amaravati city shines beneath me, bathed in the soft glow of streetlights and the twinkle of distant buildings. The city looks alive, even at this hour, its rhythm continuing while the rest of the world sleeps.
I lean against the railing, letting the breeze wash over me. It feels good, refreshing. The chaos of yesterday's travel—Hyderabad to Amaravati—melted away after a night of restful sleep. I glance down at the street below and watch as people come and go from the hotel, their hurried steps and muffled conversations barely reaching my ears.
Today, we're heading to Kakinada for Anu's friend's wedding, still two days away. In this quiet moment, I just want to savor the calm before the day begins. The peace of the early morning, the city still waking up, and the faint scent of flowers from the garden below make me feel grounded.
A small smile tugs at my lips as I turn away from the view and quietly walk back inside. As I step into the room, the sight of my girlfriends sleeping peacefully on the bed greets me. They're huddled close, still holding on to the warmth and safety we shared after last night's strange incident.
My thoughts drift back to it—the sudden, splitting headache, the eerie voice in my head, and the unexpected appearance of that mysterious doctor. It had shaken the girls, especially Aamukta. She had clung to me all night, her small frame trembling slightly until she fell asleep, her arms wrapped tightly around me. Even now, as she sleeps, her expression looks a little uneasy.
Anu had tried to be strong. I know her too well—she never shows her fear openly, always keeping a brave face for the others. But even she held me a little tighter than usual last night, like she was afraid to let go. I could feel it in the way her fingers tightened around my shirt as we drifted off to sleep.
As for Ammu and Raji, they're usually the brave ones, always the first to laugh things off, but even they weren't immune to the strangeness of what happened. I remember how they silently curled up beside me, their arms finding their way around me as if searching for reassurance. The memory of that odd night lingers, the weight of it still present, though faint.
That voice, the splitting pain in my head, the strange memory that didn't feel like my own, and the appearance of the mysterious woman—it all feels like a distant dream now. Unsettling, yes, but not terrifying. Somehow, despite the strangeness, I don't feel scared. It's like I instinctively know it isn't something harmful, just something... unknown. And the unknown, while unnerving, doesn't frighten me. That's what matters most.
I let out a soft sigh and glance at the girls again. Whatever last night was, I'm grateful they're here with me.
Looking at the peaceful, serene faces of the girls as they sleep, I can't help but feel a deep sense of calm wash over me. The morning feels almost magical in its stillness. With a soft smile, I quietly walk over to them, careful not to disturb their slumber. Gently, I lean down and kiss each of them on the forehead. It's a small gesture, but one filled with affection. They don't stir, only snuggling deeper into the covers, and I pull away, content.
I head toward the bathroom, quietly removing my clothes as I grab a towel. The air is cool against my skin, but I know the warmth of the shower will soon chase away the morning chill. I step into the bathroom, closing the door softly behind me, and walk over to the shower.
The moment I turn on the water, hot droplets begin cascading over my body, instantly soothing my muscles and waking me up fully. The warmth feels amazing, like it's washing away the last remnants of sleep and the strange tension from last night's events. I stand there for a while, letting the water fall over me, my mind clearing. The simple pleasure of the shower is comforting, grounding me in the moment.
Once I finish, I grab my towel, drying myself off before wrapping it around my waist. I step out of the bathroom, the air cooler now against my damp skin, but it doesn't bother me. I feel refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
As I close the bathroom door behind me, I walk over to the bag and pull out my clothes for the day: a red and black buffalo plaid flannel shirt layered over a black hoodie. The flannel feels soft in my hands, its familiar texture somehow comforting. I slip into it, buttoning it up, and the hoodie beneath adds an extra layer of warmth. I finish off the look with a pair of black pants that fit just right. The outfit is simple, but it feels right for the day ahead—comfortable and practical.
With everything in place, I glance at the mirror, running a hand through my damp hair. I look relaxed, ready, and more importantly, I feel it. Today is a new day, and after everything that happened, I'm grateful for this moment of peace.
Once I finish getting dressed, I pick up my phone from the nightstand and quietly step out of the bedroom, leaving the girls to sleep a little longer. The suite is still quiet, and I head over to the sofa, sinking into its soft cushions. Glancing at my phone, I call the hotel staff, my fingers idly tapping the armrest as the phone rings.
"Good morning, could you please send my breakfast to the room?" I ask, keeping my voice low to avoid waking anyone.
"Of course, sir. It will be there shortly," the staff member replies politely.
After ending the call, I lean back on the sofa, enjoying the calm silence of the room. My mind drifts, thinking about the day ahead and how everything feels almost surreal after last night. I close my eyes for a moment, just enjoying the quiet.
About thirty minutes later, a knock breaks the stillness. I stand up and walk toward the door. As I open it, I'm greeted by a staff member holding a tray, a warm smile on his face.
"Sir, your breakfast," he says cheerfully, holding up the tray filled with deliciously arranged food.
I nod, returning the smile. "Please, come in."
The staff member steps inside, carefully placing the dishes on the small dining table near the window. The aroma of fresh food fills the room—toast, fruits, and a steaming cup's of coffee. My stomach growls quietly in anticipation.
After he finishes arranging everything, I say, "Once I'm done, I'll give you a call to clear it. Thank you."
The staff member nods respectfully. "Very well, sir. Enjoy your meal."
With that, he heads for the door, closing it softly behind him as he leaves. I let out a breath, looking at the spread before me.
I quietly open the bedroom door and step inside, the soft morning light filtering through the curtains. The girls are still asleep, their breathing steady and peaceful. A small smile tugs at my lips as I glance at the clock—it's already 7 AM. We need to leave for Kakinada soon, but for now, I let myself enjoy the calmness of the moment.
I walk over to the bed and, standing at the foot of it, speak in a gentle voice, "Girls, wake up. It's already 7 AM, and breakfast is here. We need to get ready to leave for Kakinada soon."
Slowly, they begin to stir, stretching and yawning as they shake off the remnants of sleep. Ammu is the first to sit up, rubbing her eyes before looking at me, still half-asleep. "What happened?" she murmurs.
I smile, leaning down slightly, "Breakfast is ready. Let's eat, freshen up, and get going."
Ammu stretches her arms out toward me, a sleepy but playful smile on her lips. "I don't want to walk. Carry me," she says, her voice soft and teasing.
Before I can respond, Raji, still wrapped in the blankets, echoes her, "Me too. Carry me."
I chuckle, knowing exactly where this is going, and sure enough, Anu, who's been listening quietly, joins in with a grin. "Me too! I don't feel like walking."
Aamukta, always the quietest of the bunch, finally sits up, her arms lazily stretching above her head. "Me too," she adds with a soft smile. "Carry me."
I laugh softly, looking at all four of them with amusement.
I let out a soft sigh, smiling as I give in to their playful demands. Gently, I scoop Ammu up in my arms. She wraps her legs around my waist, holding onto me like a koala, her head resting against my shoulder. Her warmth and the way she snuggles into me make my heart feel light. I can't help but smile as I carry her out of the bedroom.
Once I reach the living room, I gently set her down, and she slowly lets go, but there's a look in her eyes—soft, expectant. I know that look. Smiling, I lean down and plant a quick, gentle kiss on her lips. It's brief, but enough to make her smile sweetly.
I return and pick up Anu next, followed by Aamukta and Raji, one by one. Each of them wraps themselves around me in the same way Ammu did, hugging me tightly, and I hold them as if they were the most precious treasures in the world. They each get their turn, and when I set them down on the sofa, I kiss them on the lips too—each kiss soft, loving, but fleeting.
Once they're all seated and smiling, I serve them breakfast, setting the plates on the small table in front of us. The smell of freshly prepared food fills the room, and we begin to settle down to eat together. Just as I'm about to take my first bite, Aamukta suddenly speaks up.
"Wait! Don't eat yet, everyone!" she says, her voice excited.
I pause, looking over at her with an amused smile. "What is it, Cutie pie?" I ask.
Aamukta grins, her eyes sparkling. "I want to take a photo first!"
I let out a soft sigh, shaking my head with a smile as Aamukta adjusts her phone to get the perfect angle for the photo. The light from the window frames us just right, and with a click, she snaps the picture. I watch her as she starts to post it as a story on Instagram, her fingers moving quickly across the screen.
"Tag me too, Aamukta," Ammu chimes in, a playful grin on her face as she leans back against the sofa, still waking up.
"Me too," Raji adds, a hint of mischief in her eyes as she nudges Aamukta's arm.
Aamukta looks up, smiling as she nods. "Don't worry, I'm tagging everyone," she says cheerfully, her fingers tapping on the screen.
Once she finishes posting, we finally settle in to eat, the plates of warm food spread out before us. The room is filled with a quiet, peaceful atmosphere as we take our first bites. I glance at the girls, watching them enjoy their breakfast, and a thought crosses my mind.
"I sometimes wonder if I'm spoiling you all too much," I say with a teasing smile, breaking the comfortable silence.
Aamukta looks up from her plate, grinning as she playfully points her fork at me. "You should be grateful, mister Krishna," she says, her tone light but teasing.
I raise an eyebrow, amused. "Grateful? For what, exactly?"
Anu, sitting beside Aamukta, smirks as she adds, "For the fact that four beautiful girls like us chose you as our boyfriend. And not just that, without any complaints. You should be grateful you have four amazing girlfriends—future wives, actually—who are ready to share you."
The others giggle, their eyes sparkling with amusement. I can't help but laugh softly, shaking my head at the playful way they tease me. Their words are filled with affection, and despite the joking tone, there's a warmth in the way they say it.
Hearing their teasing, I nodded with a smile. "Of course I'm grateful. I'm incredibly lucky that you girls chose me. And that's exactly why I'm never going to stop loving you."
As I spoke, Raji suddenly got up from her seat, walking over with a playful smile before sitting down on my lap. I wrapped my arms around her gently, feeling her warmth as she settled into my embrace. She leaned in close, her soft hair brushing against my cheek.
"Krishna, we were just kidding," she said with a smile, looking into my eyes. "You don't have to be so serious. We're the lucky ones too." Then, she leaned down and kissed me on the forehead, her lips lingering there for a brief, sweet moment.
I chuckled softly, feeling a warmth spread through my chest. "But I am serious," I whispered, my lips brushing against her neck as I kissed her gently.
Ammu, watching from across the table, giggled and chimed in. "Good! Now that you understand, you should spoil us even more," she said, her eyes gleaming with amusement.
I grinned, looking at all of them. "As you wish, my ladies," I replied in a playful tone, making them burst into laughter.
After we finished breakfast, the girls stood up, stretching lazily before heading toward the bedroom to freshen up. Their light chatter filled the room, the sound of their laughter making everything feel so normal, so comforting.
Once they disappeared into the bedroom, I picked up the phone and called the hotel staff to come and clear the plates. Within minutes, there was a knock at the door. I opened it to find the staff standing there, smiling politely.
"Thank you," I said as they efficiently cleared the table. Once they left, I sank back onto the sofa, feeling the peacefulness of the morning settle around me. With a satisfied sigh, I reached for the remote, turning on the TV.
The news flickered on, and I leaned back, letting the background noise of the world outside filter in as I relaxed.
As I sat on the sofa, casually watching the TV, I heard the soft click of the bedroom door opening. Anu was the first to finish her shower. She stepped out, walking toward me with a smile, her wet hair dripping faint water droplets that traced delicate paths down her neck. The fresh scent of her shampoo lingered in the air as she approached, the soft morning light highlighting her glowing skin.
Without thinking, I reached out and gently took her hand, pulling her toward me with a playful tug. She let out a soft gasp of surprise as she tumbled into my lap, her eyes widening before a smile broke across her face.
"What are you doing, Krishna?" she asked, still laughing softly, her voice warm and teasing.
I grinned, not saying a word, but simply tightening my arms around her waist, holding her close. "Nothing," I murmured, my voice low and teasing. Leaning in, I brushed my lips gently against her neck, tasting the freshness of her skin still damp from the shower.
She shivered slightly under my touch, but then chuckled, resting her hand lightly on my shoulder. "You're getting more of a pervert every day, Krishna," she teased, her voice soft yet filled with affection.
Hearing her tease, I grinned and replied, "It's hard to control myself when my girls are so beautiful." With that, I pulled her in for a tight hug, feeling her warmth against me.
Anu giggled softly, a hint of mischief in her eyes. "Well, we're not quite ready for that yet," she said, leaning her head on my shoulder and gazing up at me.
I looked down at her, my heart swelling with affection, and kissed her cheek gently. "I know, and I would never force any of you. Whenever you're ready, we'll talk about it," I assured her, my voice sincere.
Anu smiled back, her expression softening. "We know," she replied, returning the gesture with a sweet kiss on my cheek. It was a small moment, but it filled the room with a warmth that made everything feel just right.
We settled into a comfortable silence, continuing to watch the TV together. Time seemed to slip by, and soon I could hear the sound of the bathroom door opening again. One by one, the other girls emerged, all freshly showered, their hair still slightly damp and their faces glowing. They each carried our luggage, which they set down beside the sofa before joining us.
I glanced at the clock and saw it was already 9 AM. "So, should we take our leave now, girls?" I asked, smiling at them as they gathered around, their eyes sparkling with excitement and anticipation for the day ahead.
Seeing the girls nod in agreement, I picked up my phone and called the hotel manager to inform him that we were ready to leave. After a brief conversation, I ended the call just as the manager arrived, accompanied by a couple of staff members. They promptly began to collect our luggage while I motioned for the girls to follow me out of the room.
As we walked through the hotel corridors, I took a moment to discuss some important matters with the manager. "Opulent Heights isn't just a hotel; it's a brand known as the world's most expensive hotel chain," I explained, ensuring he understood the importance of maintaining its prestige. "We must uphold the brand's value at all times."
As we stepped outside, the cool morning air greeted us, refreshing and invigorating. I glanced around, taking in the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel grounds before we headed toward our car. The staff began loading our luggage into the trunk while the girls climbed into the vehicle, their laughter and chatter filling the space with warmth.
I turned to the manager, my smile genuine. "Thank you for your excellent service. You're handling the hotel remarkably well. If any issues arise, don't hesitate to call Seenu," I added, emphasizing the importance of communication.
The manager nodded, gratitude evident in his expression. "Thank you, sir. I'll keep that in mind," he replied, a hint of pride in his voice.
With a final nod, I settled into the driver's seat and started the engine, the familiar hum providing a comforting background as I waved goodbye to the manager. As we pulled away from the hotel, I could feel a sense of excitement bubbling within me.
"Are you all ready for the adventure ahead?" I asked the girls, glancing in the rearview mirror to catch their eager expressions.
"Yes!" they chimed in unison, their enthusiasm contagious.
