Early the next morning, Wakato finished his all-night Chakra practice.
There was some gain, but not much.
He had only managed to condense a small amount of Chakra, and his level was still below the average Genin. At best, he could perform the Transformation Technique a few times.
The main issue was that his physical and mental strength were weak, even less than the average person in the ninja world. After all, humans here have an average of 130 trillion cells, three times that of real humans. Naturally, their bodies provide much more energy.
But these were minor issues.
With the support of the system, it shouldn't be difficult to raise his Chakra limit. Even if he couldn't improve, it wouldn't affect his mission to unify the ninja world. After all, there are always plenty of others willing to do the fighting. Wakato didn't plan to risk his life unless absolutely necessary.
Then, he washed up briefly and stepped out of the RV.
The Konoha ninjas assigned to guard from a distance were startled, immediately going on alert. The sudden appearance of a strange-looking iron box on Hokage Rock had naturally drawn Konoha's attention. However, Hashirama had guessed it was probably related to Wakato Sennin and strictly ordered the guards to watch from afar without disturbing him.
As Wakato exited the RV, he ignored the Konoha ninjas. Instead, he took out the ninja tool, the Qiankun Cloth Bag, and absorbed the entire RV into it. The ninjas watched in amazement; to them, it was clearly a profound Sealing or Barrier Technique.
Then, Wakato activated World Teleport and left Hokage World No. 1, ready to have breakfast somewhere else.
...
No. 4 Hokage World
7 a.m., Konoha Village, in front of the Fourth Hokage Namikaze Minato's house.
Swish!
Wakato appeared instantly.
Knock, knock!
Though he could teleport directly in, Wakato still had basic courtesy. What if Kushina was breastfeeding? He wasn't a voyeur and had no interest in that.
After a moment, the door opened, and standing there was none other than Kushina Uzumaki.
"Ah! Is it you, Immortal Wakato?"
Kushina exclaimed, clearly surprised to see him at her doorstep.
"Mrs. Kushina, you're recovering well!" Wakato remarked, admiring her resilience. She was, after all, a pure-blooded Uzumaki, and her recovery abilities were extraordinary. Though she'd been on the brink of death just last night, she was already more than halfway recovered. She could move around, though a full recovery would still require a lot of rest. Still, it was impressive.
"It's all thanks to your help last night; otherwise, neither Minato nor I might still be here," Kushina said gratefully, shivering at the memory of last night's ordeal. "Please, come in."
"Where's the Fourth Hokage?" Wakato asked as he stepped inside.
"Minato? He's probably still handling the aftermath. He didn't come back all night..."
Though the Night of the Nine Tails had ended, the damage to Konoha was severe. Numerous buildings were destroyed, many elite ninjas had been killed, and countless others were injured. The cleanup alone was overwhelming.
On top of that, they needed to reassure the Land of Fire's Daimyo, prevent intelligence leaks, defend against potential enemy attacks, and strengthen their defenses. Most of Konoha's available ninjas had been mobilized. In such times, Minato, as Fourth Hokage, could hardly rest. After spending some time with Kushina and Naruto upon returning, he had gone straight to the Hokage Building to work through the night.
"Is Naruto alright?" Wakato inquired.
"Yes. Naruto is fine and asleep," Kushina replied, a tender smile lighting up her face. Wakato's intervention had saved their family, sparing Naruto from a life as an orphan, and potentially as a despised outcast because of being the Nine Tails Jinchūriki. She was deeply grateful.
"It smells wonderful!" Wakato remarked as he entered the house, catching the aroma of a meal in preparation.
"I'm making bone soup and serving it with salt ramen, one of Minato's favorite meals." Actually, salt ramen was Kushina's favorite, but since Minato loved anything she cooked, it had become a shared favorite.
"Have you eaten breakfast yet? Join us!"
"Two servings, please," Wakato replied, not hesitating. He had come here specifically for the food and was eager to taste a dish from the Hokage world. Kushina's cooking seemed promising.
"Of course!" Kushina replied happily and began preparing with full dedication.
...
"Are you here to see Minato?" Kushina asked as she cooked.
"In a way."
"Would you like me to contact him?"
"No need. He should be back soon." Minato had placed several guards around the house. The moment Wakato appeared, they would have informed Minato, who would likely return shortly.
"Oh, alright."
"By the way, may I ask? Last night, Minato said that the masked man who attacked us was actually Obito? Is that true?" Kushina hesitated, clearly conflicted. She couldn't keep secrets well, especially with something so critical.
"It's true."
"But… how is that possible? He didn't look anything like Obito and..."
Kushina's voice trembled as she spoke. She remembered Obito as a cheerful, kind-hearted, if slightly clumsy young man. How could he possibly have become that cruel, sinister masked man?
"It's complicated. Let's wait until the Fourth Hokage returns and I'll explain everything," Wakato replied.
"Thank you, sir," Kushina said, visibly relieved.
Soon, four steaming bowls of Big Bone Broth Ramen were ready and placed on the table.
"Please, sir, have a taste of my cooking."
Wakato didn't hesitate and immediately began enjoying the meal.

Meanwhile, across the village, in a conference room at the Hokage Building, Konoha's top officials were actively discussing post-war matters.
