"Move!" Garrett barked, pushing past some of the students to get to cover.
But Leo remained unfazed. His gaze narrowed, his hand moving toward his waist as if searching for something. A moment later, his scythe materialized in his grip.
The golem, sensing his presence, turned its massive head toward him, its glowing eyes narrowing as it locked onto Leo. It let out a thunderous roar that reverberated through the air, its stone body creaking as it shifted its weight.
