"I will tear you apart with my bare hands. This I swear."
The guards prepare their weapons and drop into defensive stances. King Vortill snarkily mocks the young man and summons a hard-light whip.
"That doesn't sound very hero-like. You ought to be ashamed."
Godfrey lays Roderick down and rushes towards the King. He grabs Vortill's head and shouts.
"You ought to die, you insignificant gnat!"
King Vortill is thrown into his guards with a brutal toss that shatters their weapons and bones. Vortill, being more powerful, springs up and swings his whip at Godfrey not a second later. In his weakened state, each crack of the whip on his body forces him back a step.
