It rained heavily heavily for half a day but this could in no way stop three awakened and a unofficial ascended. They walked in the mud filled road and then traversed the woods of the Shirohaga village the cohort would have taken the normal route but the heavy rain made that plan unlikely and so they moved through the thick greenery.
The rain was heavy enough to cover they scent so they moved with ease but with same caution. Kaguya moved at the back of the cohort while Clive and Mathew moved in front of the cohort Sasha could enchant animals and use them to scout the area she could also communicate with them.
After raining for half a day, it finally rain finally stopped. Kaguya called for the Cohort to stop moving and take a break.
The Cohort unpacked it's luggage and made camp, no one was hasty to make the fire because in the Shirohaga Clan the inert ability of anyone who awakened their Tenagen was fire it was a passive ability that most considered not that useful due to its low effect on the monsters.
As they sat at the camp fire which Mathew had now lit up Sasha joined them after scouting the area she had a goldlike oily skin that seemed to suit her fit body she wore a tunic that exposed the sides of her thighs in addition the tunic was tight enough that it was as if it was saffocating her chest.
Sasha gave Clive a serious look and asked.
"Clive what are you staring at ?"
Clive menacingly smiled and answered.
"Why do you deny my proposal Sasha you know i am the only who can keep up with your attitude."
Sasha walked towards the camp fire and sat where Kaguya was and stretched her self as she did her figure seemed more mesmerizing this made even Mathew cough in embarrassment. Sasha then spoke.
"Look Clive Its not that I don't find you good looking.."
Indeed Clive was in no way ugly or less handsome the young man was utterly charming compared to a mundane human this said it was impossible to find an awakened who was ugly or had mundane looks the more one attained more power the more charming there looks became, but yet compared to Kaguya Clive was a mere mundane human.
Sasha continued.
"It's just that I prefer someone with actual goes, actual dreams nit someone who wants to leave a mundane life."
Clive was observing her every move and when she told him these words she slightly glimpsed at Kaguya who sat silently lost in thought at the camp fire.
Clive smiled, " I see now, Prince Kaguya how is it that you get to be clan leader so early on. 'huh' have you even pain stakingly sharpened your skills to a level where you can slay countless monsters. Prince Kaguya what were you doing six months ago when the tenji mountains where attacked by a horde of dormant beasts 'his mouth twitched' you were they in your palace doing nothing!"
"Clive !!".
