A voice rumbled out of the darkness, smooth yet unsettling, like nails scraping across velvet.
"Well... well... well. Look at this." The tone was strangely fluid, warping from a deep baritone to a lilting soprano, as if the speaker had no need to settle on any one sound. "You might be more special than I thought... not one, but two?"
Adam looked around wildly, trying to get a sense of where he was, but he could barely see his own hands, let alone his surroundings. The only thing grounding him was the "Game Over" screen floating in front of him, its flickering letters casting the faintest red glow. Then, as if swatting away a fly, the shadowy figure waved a hand through the "Game over" shattering the screen to pieces that dissipated like smoke.
"W-Who are you? And what are you talking about?" Adam's voice shook, his head spinning and his stomach twisting every time he tried to look directly at the voice's source. His eyes teared up, as though staring into a black hole that was looking back.
"It doesn't matter who I am." The voice's reply was soft, almost playful, with the faintest edge of laughter. "What matters is why you are here."
"Right." Adam took a steadying breath, trying to stay calm in the face of... whatever this was. "Then why am I here? And where is 'here,' exactly?"
The shadowy figure paused, as though weighing Adam's question with amusement. "I was just... browsing, let's say. Observing your universe, when I saw you die." It sounded offhand, as if Adam's death were just a mildly interesting moment on a lazy afternoon.
"So I'm here because I died?" Adam repeated, trying to wrap his head around this surreal situation. "Does that mean... I'm in the afterlife?"
"No. This is not the afterlife. You're here *because* you died, yes, but that's not the full story." The voice's tone was almost conspiratorial, as though sharing a juicy secret. "I watched your death—it was quite the spectacle, you know. Amusing, even. So I accidentally called you here*"
Adam felt a chill creep up his spine. This was *not* the warm welcome he'd been hoping for in the afterlife. "Hold up. You mean you just... brought me here because I died in an entertaining way?" he asked, incredulous.
"That's correct," the voice replied lightly, ignoring Adam's disbelief. "You could think of it as a momentary... distraction."
Adam swallowed. "Alright, so... how did I die, exactly?"
"Oh, that." The figure's tone shifted to one of mild interest. "You had a heart attack when you found out the truth. Rather sudden, I must say."
Adam opened his mouth, then closed it. There was no point in arguing with this cryptic being. "So what now?" he asked instead, exasperated. "Do I just wait here? Is there, like, a train to the afterlife or something?"
The voice went silent, as if thinking. Adam could feel something almost like a physical hum in the air, vibrating with the weight of a decision.
"You can't stay here," the voice eventually said. "So... I suppose I'll send you back."
Adam blinked, stunned. "Really? Do I get some kind of compensation for, you know, the whole 'mistakenly bringing me here' thing? Maybe something useful?" He hesitated, then decided he had nothing to lose. "Or maybe you could turn my date into a girl? Please?"
The voice let out a low chuckle, a sound that somehow wrapped around him, sending a shiver down his spine. "A fair thought. But no, I can't go around altering your world like that. Too much interference, and things start to unravel."
Adam scowled. "Who exactly makes the rules around here? Aren't you supposed to be, like... God? The Big G?"
The shadow seemed to nod thoughtfully, though he couldn't be sure. "Yes, you could call me that or Allah or anything you desire. But even I must tread carefully with certain things. Too much meddling can cause... problems." It sighed, almost wistful. "Think of me as more of an observer, bound by my own guidelines."
"Right," Adam muttered, rolling his eyes. "So... anything I can actually *get* for dying early?"
The voice hummed, a sound that somehow seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere at once. "Perhaps... a small compensation is in order." It paused, as though racking its brain, then finally spoke with delight. "Ah-ha! I've got it."
Adam squinted as a dim, massive shape took form before him, solidifying in the void. "What's... that?" he asked, feeling both curious and slightly terrified.
The figure stepped closer, snapping its fingers with a satisfying click. "You see this?" A large, glittering slot machine appeared in front of Adam, its shiny metal and lights a bizarre contrast to the darkness. The shadowy figure handed him a single coin, gleaming brightly against the dark.
"All you have to do is spin it. Whatever it lands on is yours," the voice said, as if introducing a prize on a twisted game show.
Adam's mouth twitched with the faintest hint of a smirk. "Gambling, huh? Finally, something I'm actually good at." He took the coin, slipping it into the slot with practiced ease before pulling the lever.
The machine burst into action, reels spinning faster than he'd thought possible, flickering images and words flashing by too quickly to process—*Spider-Man powers,* *symbiote suit,* *Mjölnir,* *ultra instinct,* *the Infinity Stones,* *a gun?*
Round and round it went, blurring in a kaleidoscope of lights. The pace gradually slowed, and the images became distinct, teasing him with possibilities until, at last, it stopped.
*JACKPOT.*
Adam blinked, barely able to believe his luck. "Wait, jackpot? What does that mean?"
The voice hesitated, and he could almost feel its amusement turn to surprise. "Hmm. Jackpot wasn't really... supposed to be an option. But I can't very well take it back now, can I?" It sighed with a hint of resignation. "You'll get everything the machine showed. All of it."
Adam's jaw dropped. "Wait, *everything*?"
The voice chuckled darkly. "Yes. But not immediately. Let's call it a gradual... gift. You'll receive it in your own unique way."
Adam frowned, trying to process this cryptic explanation. "Huh? What does that even mean?"
"You'll figure it out in time," the voice murmured. Then, almost reluctantly, it added, "Now... be alert when you wake up. Someone has your body right now."
"Wait! Who?!" Adam demanded, a new wave of panic flaring up.
The shadow's smirk was practically tangible, filling the space with a sly energy as he uttered his last sentence, snapping his fingers. "As I said, you'll find out. Now... wake up!."

I woke up to my arms and legs tied to a chair in a Diddy dungeon.
"Did you sleep well, Adam?"
I looked around and found the femboy staring at me. He still looked like a girl, mind you. But.. he was not.
He smiled sweetly at me. He was naked except for his black boxers, and I could see it staring at me!!😭😭
"Just in time for your feeding. I even made you your favourite and delicious pepperoni pizza with extra cheese.....Aren't you happy?"
He took out a medium-sized pizza and slowly walked up to me.
"Hmm, you don't look happy.. then should i-
"NO NO I'm really really reallllly happy. Just the fact that I got a sweet... girl like you cooking for me makes me bubble with happiness."
"Really? Hehehe, that makes me happy too."
"Umm... you should probably.. untie me you know?...so that.. uhh.. I could hug you?"
"Don't worry, Adam, 'I will hug you enough for the both of us."
"Hug me then.. please?"
She.. he opened his mouth and stretched his lips to let out a blood curling smile and reached down to hug me.
Bang!!
I tore the ropes, tying my arms, and hooked his face into the wall. Then I kicked him for good measure.
"You should have stalked me better. Maybe you'd have found out that I was a mutant like you."
I took the pizza and rushed out of there.
There's no way she's normal human. A normal human could have never knocked me out. Even with a knee to my face. Does she have super strength like me?
She's dangerous. Now I know why people don't like yanderes, in your mind it sounds so good. A girl that always loves me and me only and will do anything for me?? Hell yea, but irl, it's a different story. It's a fucking nightmare.
I get out of her house. Which was just near our school and run off. I go to the park and my bicycle was gone....( a moment of silence plz) I had to run home now.
When I finally got there I was sweating buckets. I go the tub I left out this morning and pour all the water on me.
I dry myself and go inside to grab my phone. There was a mail so I guess the "compensation" had arrived. I pressed open a screen literally popped out of my phone.
