Lucian stared at Clara who was standing beside the couch rubbing her sweaty palms.
"I'm....."
"Who are you working for?!" He asked.
"No one I...." She couldn't complete her words cos he was in front of her already and his eyes glowed red.
"Who are you working for?" He asked again.
"The son of the man you killed that night. The one who tried killing Ava!" She said.
"What's his purpose for coming after Ava and I?"
"He wants to continue from where his father stopped. He wants to eliminate every werewolf and vampire! He wants to make sure only humans exist in this world!" She said and he smirked.
"A mere human can't do that!" He said.
"Don't underestimate him! He has made many researches on how to eliminate both creatures!! He can do it!" She said and he smirked.
"Where is his hideout?!"
"A mansion at the outskirts of the city. It's the only mansion in that area!" She said and he smirked.
"You're going to forget seeing me today!" He said and her eyes glowed before she fell into a deep slumber.
He smirked and left the house.
"Lucian!!" Rina said stopping in front of him.
"What are you doing here?!" He asked and he looked at Jason who was standing few distance from them.
"Our clan is under attack!" She said and his eyes darkened before speeding off.
Rina and Jason exchanged glances before speeding off as well.
REDWOOD FOREST ~~ CALIFORNIA
Lucas stood to his feet slowly and he stretched his bones before walking to Ava.
He had a smirk playing on his lips.
"You haven't mastered your powers dear Lunã. You can't fight me!" Lucas said.
'Ava I hope you've calmed down cos you can't win a fight with your father especially when you fight with rage!' she heard Lucian's voice in her head and her eyes widened.
"How is that possible!" She muttered.
Her eyes went back to a light shade of golden and she inhaled and exhaled.
"You're heartless!" She said.
"I know!"
"Why do you want to end the vampires clan?!! They aren't even attacking you guys!"
"You and I know they will attack one day!" He said.
"They will cos you guys forced them to do so!" She said.
"Why are you even siding with them??!!. You're our daughter. You're a werewolf. Thé Fàted Lunã!!" Her mum snapped and she turned her gaze to her.
"Thé Fàted what now?!" Ava asked and then she fell into a trance.

"You're thé fàted lunã!" A woman yelled at her daughter.

Ava shook her head and exhaled.
"I'm not siding with anyone. Clearly you both are wrong!" She said and looked at Lucas
"What's wrong in wanting to eliminate the enemy?" Lucas asked walking to her.
"Don't come closer!" She said with a frown.
"The man you're trying to protect will kill you!" He said and she furrowed her brows
'First Rina said I will kill Lucian now my dad said Lucian will kill me. I don't even understand these people anymore!' She thought and then she realized something.
"Noo!!!!" She yelled and ran out of the house speedily.
"By the time she gets there, the vampires would be dead!" Luciana said.
"Exactly!" Lucas let out a smirk.
He knew she'd come here after finding out that werewolves attacked the vampire's clan so he decided to stall her.
GARBERVILLE ~~
Ava got to the entrance and gasped.
The place was on fire already and she could see some werewolves battling with the vampires
The werewolf bit off the vampire's head with it's fangs and threw the head away. Ava gasped tears filling her eyes and the body turned into ashes flowing away.
The werewolf turned to her and ran towards her. Before it could get to her, Lucian appeared and stabbed the werewolf's heart with his claws.
The werewolf fell down dead and it changed to its human form.
Lucian looked back at her his eyes red already.
"I'm sorry!" She said tears escaping her eyes.
He sped off killing any werewolf that came his way.
Ava sniffed and wiped her tears.
"Mira!" She said with a cold voice touching her tummy.
The dagger came out and she held it before speeding away slashing any werewolf that came her way.
She saved some of the children and took them to where Lucian was.
Some of the vampires were gathered at a particular garden with their belongings including Jason and Lucian was talking to them.
She let go of the children and they ran to their parents. They were between the ages of 5 and 6 so they couldn't use their powers that well.
Lucian turned to her and she walked to him.
"Our things are with Gorya. Go with them, I'll meet you guys at the second town!" He said and she shook her head.
"We'll go back there together. I want to help you and fight them off!" She said and he just stared at her.
"Please!" She said and he looked at the remaining vampires.
"Make sure you protect them!" Lucian told Jason whom nodded.
"Safe travels! We'll hold them off!" He said.
"Be safe Master!" A little girl said and he nodded.
Jason stared at Lucian.
'So he's the Lord!' He muttered and gulped.
They all sped out of there immediately.
Ava looked at him and Rina sped to them.
"More are coming, we have to make sure they don't follow us when we're going!" She said.
"Okay!" Ava muttered.
"I wasn't talking to you!" Rina snapped and she sighed before walking to where the werewolves are.
The warrior vampires were almost dead now. One was still fighting but his head got ripped off and they all turned their gaze to her.
"This is all my fault. I have to make sure they don't get to the other vampires but how?" She asked herself and she sighed as they all started running to her.
She put the dagger back into her tummy and then she did what came to her mind. She transformed into a full werewolf. A pure white werewolf and her eyes were golden.
"Awooooo!!" She let out a howl and they all stopped on their tracks.
They bowed immediately and she stopped howling and looked at them.
Lucian and Rina sped to them killing each and everyone of them.
"Let's go before more comes back!" Lucian told Ava and she wagged her tail in reply.
They both sped away and Ava looked back at her dead people.
She ran speedily following Lucian and Rina.
TENEBROUS ~~ CALIFORNIA
Deep within the Coastal California, behold a mysterious, mist shrouded city that is hidden from the mortal eyes. It's architecture blends with intricate stone carvings, beautiful glass windows and winding streets. The city's buildings seem to grow organically from the rocky coastline as if shaped by the sea and wind. One word.... Magnificent.
The vampires wowed at the beauty and they all walked into the city choosing houses. The houses there were extremely much.
The ministers chose different houses, Jason chose a different house from Rina but surprisingly, Rina chose a house beside his house so technically they're neighbors.
Ava sat on the grass with a sad face.
Lucian diverted his gaze to Ava.
"Let's go!" He said and she whimpered in reply.
She stood and he sped off. She ran after him and after some minutes, they arrived in front of a huge castle which was at the downside of the mountain. The gate was golden in color and the guards opened the gate and they walked in.
The vampires sped to the top of the mountain in the city of tenebrous while Ava walked there. She was admiring the garden she saw at a corner of the mountain.
Ava's eyes widened as she stared at a clear river which flowed down the mountain to another river downtown.
'Pretty!' She thought and she got to the top.
She stared at the castle which was pure white in color. The windows were made of glittering glasses and some butterflies could be seen flying around it.
The door opened from the inside and Gorya gave Ava a small smile.
"Welcome!" She said giving them room to go in.
The guards went back to the gate.
Ava jumped on the stairs heading upstairs into the room. She changed back to her human form and she entered the restroom.
She sighed before going deep into the bathroom. The bathroom was huge and white. It was pretty.
Ava stopped in front of the mirror and stared at herself before sighing. She went to the bath tub which was already filled with warm water and she got in.
She smiled.
Few minutes later, she was out of the restroom with a towel on her hair and body. She went to the closet and brought out a black tank top and a pair of black jeans. She put on a black jacket and she wore a boot before drying her hair. She brushed it and let it fall freely on her back before going down the stairs.
She sighted Gorya arranging the living room.
"Where..."
"He went for a stroll!" She answered the question Ava wanted to ask.
"Thank you!" Ava muttered and left the mansion. She walked down the mountain and stopped in front of the gate. They opened the gate for her and she smiled a little before walking out.
She walked through the city staring at the beautiful buildings around.
"It was as if they knew the werewolves would attack soon so they got a city ready for their departure.... Lucian really is smart!" Ava muttered.
She sighted him in front of Rina and some vampires were behind her. They looked like they were arguing and she knew it'd be about her.
Lucian kept quiet staring at Rina who kept talking about chasing Ava away. He was really angry and she's really pushing him to the edge.
Rina sighted Ava.
"There she is!!" Rina said and the rest looked back at her same as Lucian.
She bit her lips walking over to them.
"Leave the clan!" Rina said and Lucian glared at Rina.
"I'm sorry for what the werewolves did!" Ava said with a sad face.
"Ohh cut the act. We all know you brought them here!" Rina snapped.
"Rina!!!" Lucian called sternly and she bit her lips.
"I didn't know they were going to come today. I didn't tell anyone where you guys resided in!" She said and Rina scoffed.
"Lucian she has to leave!" Rina said and Ava looked at him.
"Yes!! She needs to!!" One yelled.
"We might even be attacked again all because of her!!!" Another yelled and Ava bit her lips hard.
"I'm sorry!" She said.
"Your sorry will not bring them back or make us better!" One said.
"We want you to leave the clan and never return!" Rina said and Ava nodded fighting back her tears.
"I'll leave!" She said and Lucian looked at her.
She looked at him and smiled a little.
"I'm sorry!" Ava said and turned to go.
"She is going nowhere. It isn't her fault I was followed while coming back!" He said and she looked at him.
"I'm to be blamed for their attack and not her!" He said and Rina frowned deeply.
"Master, I hope you aren't lying!" One said and Lucian let out a dark chuckle.
"You're accusing me of lying?" He asked and the guy began trembling in fear.
He stepped back and shook his head.
"No that's not what I meant to say!"
"Do y'all believe me?" He asked and they all nodded.
"Good! And Rina, don't try this again!!" He said coldly.
"I only want to protect our clan and you!" She said sadly.
"I can do that myself but thanks!" He said and turned to see Ava staring at him with tears in her eyes.
He held her by the arm and sped them back to the castle.
She sat on the grass near the small river and let the tears flow freely.
"I'm sorry!" She said sniffing. She hugged her knees to her chest as more tears kept dropping.
"I didn't mean for your people to die again and now it's because of me they died. It's all because of me!" She said and cried harder burying her face in her knees.
He just stared at her and he sighed.
"None of us noticed that we were followed that day. So it's both our fault!" He said and she sniffed looking up.
"If I listened to you and didn't go back to the city, my dad wouldn't have found out that I work at a restaurant and he wouldn't have sent someone to follow me to find your clan!" She said and stood up.
"Maybe Rina is right, I need to leave. I can't afford causing more deaths anymore!" She muttered sadly and went into the house.
Lucian exhaled. Seeing her blame herself for something that's not entirely her fault added more fuel to his anger. He needs to let out the anger, he has to!!!
He thought and sped out of the castle going to the training ground.
A vampire came as well and he quickly bowed.
"I'm sorry I didn't know you'd be here!" He said and Lucian just stared at me.
"Fight me with everything you've got!" He said and before the man could process what he said, Lucian was already in front of him and he gave him a punch which made him stagger back.
GARBERVILLE ~~
Lucas walked into the town with some werewolves behind him and he smirked angrily.
The fire which was caused by the werewolves burnt down the whole town. What was left was ashes and dead bodies of the werewolves.
"They escaped!" He muttered.
He looked down at the dead werewolves and he squatted. He touched the cut on a werewolf's back and he frowned deeply.
"The dagger!" He muttered.
"Search everywhere, they have to be somewhere!" He said and the werewolves ran.
"You're starting to be a thorn in my side Ava!" He muttered walking around the place.
He spotted the castle which was still in flames.
"He covered his tracks. Interesting!" Lucas said with a small smirk.
RAVEN'S PEAK ~~ CASTLE
Ava was in the bedroom with a luggage by her side. Tears were falling from her eyes as she put some clothes into the luggage.
When she was done, she zipped it up and pulled it with her as she left the room heading downstairs.
"Leaving isn't the best option!" Gorya said from the kitchen without looking at her.
"It is. I caused harm to them!"
"It was meant to happen.!" She said and Ava scoffed pulling the luggage with her.
"Do you really want to leave?!" She asked again and Ava stopped in front of the door.
"No but I have too!" Ava said and opened the door walking out of the mansion.
She got to the gate and the guards stopped her.
"Where are you going with a luggage?!" Zuko asked.
"Just let me leave please!" She pleaded and they looked at each other.
"Am sorry but....." Yuki didn't finish talking before Ava elbowed him and he fell.
Ava kicked Zuko and he flew backwards.
She took the keys from Yuki and opened it before walking out.
She threw the key back into the mansion.
"I'm sorry. It's for your own good!" She said and faced front walking off with the luggage.
The city was huge so finding her way out is gonna be hard but she's going to try.
LATER THAT EVENING ~~
Lucian came back to the castle and went upstairs to have a shower. He met no one in the room and he frowned.
He rushed to the closet and opened it only to see it empty.
"Ava!!!" He muttered angrily speeding downstairs and out of the house going to his guards.
"Where is she?!" He asked.
"She said she was leaving!" Zuko said.
"And you both couldn't stop her?!!!" He yelled.
"It's impossible!" Yuki muttered and opened the gate.
Lucian sped out of the castle.

Ava walked down the lonely streets.
She asked for directions and a vampire gave her some directions. After this street, she'd arrive at the entrance of the city.
She would have found it herself but she wasn't paying attention to her surroundings when she was coming here with Rina and Lucian.
She sensed someone coming and she let go of her luggage. She did a back flip dodging the attack only to be stabbed with a dagger from behind by another.
She inhaled as the person took out the dagger. She turned to the person and gave him a punch making him stagger.
He sped off immediately same as the one who tried stabbing her before..
She frowned wondering why they left and she turned to start walking but she stopped feeling hot inside.
The wound didn't heal and blood began escaping her lips.
Her head spinned as she squatted to the ground. Blood escaped her nose as well and she fell to the ground.
She couldn't move her body anymore cos her bones felt numb.
Tears escaped her eyes as pain struck her hard. A loud cry left her lips as more blood escaped her lips and nose. Same as the wound on her back.
Her eyes felt heavy and she was slowly loosing her energy.
'A..Ava! W..we w..were p... poisoned!' Her inner wolf (subconscious) said weakly.
"It's for the best. At least I won't hurt anyone again!" She muttered and smiled sadly.
"H..hubby!!" She voiced our weakly and like flash he appeared immediately.
He rushed to her raising her up in his arms.
"Ava!" He called softly and she smiled sadly more blood escaping her lips.
"I..I'm s..sorry!" She said and her eyes closed closely.
Tears escaped her closed eye lids and blood came out of her nose as well.
Her body went limp in his arms.
"No!!!!"
"Ava!!" He called shaking but no response.
"Ava!!!" He called again tapping her face but she still didn't wake up.
Blood was still escaping her lips, nose and the wound.
"Wake up!! Your joke isn't funny anymore!!" He said shaking her.
Tears welled up in his eyes.
"Ava! Please open your eyes!!" He said touching her face.
"Ava!!" He called hugging her to his chest.
And for the first time in many years, a tear drop left his eye lid.
