CITY ~~ CALIFORNIA
She sobbed on his chest as she thought of Thomas.
"Stop thinking about him Ava. He doesn't deserve your tears!" He said and she sniffed before wrapping her hands on him.
He realized what he was doing and then he let go of her. She broke the hug and wiped her tears.
"Let's go somewhere else! You've cried too much today!" He said and she smiled.
"Thanks!"
He nodded and brought out his palm. The moment she held it, he sped them out of the place and out of the city.
They went deep into the forest and he stopped. Her eyes widened as she stared at the beautiful clean lake. The half moon was reflecting on the water.
"This is so cool!" She muttered going to squat beside the lake. She touched the water and smiled feeling the coldness.
"Can we swim?" She asked looking at him...
"No!"
"Too bad, am doing it!" She said and stood.
"Turn your back would you?!!" She snapped and he sped out of the forest.
"He better not leave me here!" She muttered and took off her cropped hoodie leaving her in a white cropped singlet.
She moved backwards before running forward jumping into the lake. She smiled as she swam underneath the water before swimming back to surface.
She heaved out a deep breath before pushing back her hair. She turned to the other side and met Lucian sitting on a chair.
A bag was beside him as he stared intently at Ava. She bit her lips before speaking.
"What is in that bag?"
"Some food and...." He didn't complete his statement when she jumped out of the lake rushing to the bag.
She was about to carry it when he took it standing up.
"Give that back!!" She said jumping trying to take the bag but he sped to her back and she turned immediately.
"This bag contains food and other items for our use! You can't just gobble up everything in a second!" He said and she scoffed.
"Fine!!!" She said and sat down on the chair allowing the cool breeze to blow her skin.
He sat on the chair as well and crossed his legs looking at the water.
She turned on the chair several times feeling uncomfortable.
"Urghh!!" She groaned and stood up pushing the chair backwards, she sat on the ground folding her legs.
"Much better!" She said and he looked at her before shaking his head.
"Why do you despise us werewolves?" She asked turning to face him.
"Your kind killed my brother for no absolute reason!" He said and she gasped..
"We don't kill vampires without a reason. Am sure you guys must have done something to the werewolf to make it kill your brother!" She said and he turned to her glaring hard at her.
"My brother did nothing to that werewolf, the werewolf just decided to end his life and I witnessed it. You should be lucky I didn't kill you yet!" He said and she blinked.
"Meaning you still plan on killing me don't you?" She asked.
"Yes. Once you make the mistake of betraying me, I will end you Ava!" He said his eyes turned red before it went back to normal.
She gulped before blinking.
"I will also kill you the moment your people attack my clan!" She said and he looked back at her.
"We don't even know where you guys are hiding and we don't plan on knowing where you guys are but once you trespass into our territory or attack us first, we will come for you!" He said and she sighed before facing the water.
"Okay!"
"Now can we eat? I'm starving?!!!!" She said holding her tummy.
He looked at her before handing her the bag.
She opened the bag and brought out a bowl that had meat inside. She brought a bottle that had blood inside and she handed it to him.
"Take!" She said handing it to him but he just stared at her.
"Won't you take?!" She asked.
"It's for you! I don't drink that"
"It's animal blood?!" She asked and he just stared at her.
"You have to taste!" She said standing up.
She came to him and tried opening his mouth but he refused to move.
"Please just taste!" She said pouting.
He stared at her before nudging at her to move back which she did.
He took the bottle from her and opened the cap before staring at the content. He took a sip from it before scoffing giving her the bottle.
"It isn't as sweet as human blood!" He said and she sighed.
"Yunno you're quite stubborn right?!"
"Then what are you?!" He asked with an arch brow.
"I'm cute!" She said and smiled before going to the ground.
She started eating her chicken.
"Why aren't you with your parents?"
"I was banished cos of Thomas!" She said chewing on the meat.
"You don't look sad when saying that!" He said.
"Oh I am!" She said and swallowed the meat.
"I feel sad for abandoning my family for a guy who literally almost killed me. I loved him but I guess he didn't love me as much as I loved him.!" She said.
"But then like you said, he doesn't deserve my tears so I won't cry because of him anymore!" She said and took a bite from the meat.
"But.....I wanna visit my clan soon.. you'll allow me right?!!" She asked and he faced the water.
"Maybe!" He said and then she felt a presence.
"Someone is here!" She muttered standing up.
An arrow flew to her but she caught the arrow and threw it away..
"He's not alone!" Lucian said and she stood up packing the things into the bag.
She carried her hoodie and put it on before coming close to Lucian.
"We have to go!" She said and he nodded speeding out of the place.
GARBERVILLE ~~ RINA'S MANSION
"So you mean you all are going to let our lord marry a werewolf?!!!!" Rina yelled at the ministers.
"We can't do anything Rina. That was his mum's last wish and he wants to fulfill that. We won't stop him and I should advice you not to try that either!" One of the ministers said and the rest nodded.
"Get out of my house!" She said angrily and they stood.
"The wedding is in two days, here's an invitation card!" One of them said and she glared at him making them laugh.
They all sped out of the house and she punched the table. She picked the wedding card and stared at the Ava on the paper.
Tears began falling from her eyes.
"I wanted him to choose me as his bride but then he chose a mere werewolf, a stupid werewolf that can literally end him!!!!" She said angrily and tore the wedding card.
Her eyes turned red as she went to the refrigerator to get blood but she found none.
She sped out of the house and out of Garberville entering the nearest city.
She saw a human closing his shop and she sped to him sinking her fangs into his neck. She sucked out all the blood from him.
The man screamed but she already sucked out all his blood making him go limp. She threw him away licking her lips.
"You monster!!!!" A voice yelled from behind and she turned to see a cute human dude just about her age.
She sped to him immediately and he frowned deeply.
"What do you want to do? I killed your dad!" She said with a smirk and he pushed her backwards earning a frown from her.
"That was my father you just killed over there! How would you feel if someone kills your dad huh?!!!" He yelled at her and she blinked.
"You're aware I can end you right here right?!" She asked with a devilish smirk..
"Yes. Kill me right here! You just killed the only person I have in my life so end me. I don't want to live anymore!!!" He yelled and she frowned speeding behind him.
She sank her fangs into his neck and instead of killing him, she deposited the venom inside him before pulling out of him.
He turned to her with wide eyes.
"You're going to be among us now!" She said and he screamed as he began changing to a vampire.
ETERNAL SHADOWS ~~ CASTLE
They arrived at the castle and they went in. She dropped the items in the kitchen and gulped down the animal blood before thrashing the bottle away.
She went upstairs and quickly had a shower before changing into a black nightie and a black robe.
She went to the bed and laid on it closing her eyes.
She heard movements on the bed and she turned slowly to see Lucian laying on the bed staring at the ceiling.
She laid on her back as well before looking at him.
"What's on your mind?" She asked.
"Sleep Ava!" He said and closed his eyes.
She stared at his face and slowly, her eyes became heavy and she closed her eyes drifting into a deep slumber.
NEXT MORNING ~~ ETERNAL SHADOWS ~~ CASTLE
"Don't marry him!!!!" A woman yelled at her daughter.
"I love him mum! I will marry him!" She said.
"He's going to kill you dear. Why can't you understand that?!!!!!"
"I won't do that ma'am!" He said.
"Ohh shut up!" The mother said and he frowned angrily.
"He won't do it. He loves me just as much as I love him. He won't dare hurt me!" She said and her mother scoffed glaring at the man beside her daughter.
"You will regret this dear!" Her mother said and left.

"You lied! You're a liar!!! How could you?!!!!!" The girl yelled hitting her husband.
"You would have listened to your mum!" He said and she frowned hard before stepping back.
He had a smirk on his face and she smiled before running out of the room.
She wanted to leave the house but a knife passed through her tummy.

Ava sprang up again breathing heavily. Beads of sweat ran down her body and she breathe out.
"Another dream of the same people??!!" She muttered before looking at the side of her bed.
She saw no one and she looked at the terrace and met Lucian sitting on the rails.
She got down from the bed coming to meet him at the terrace.
"Good morning!" She greeted with a smile..
"Let's not marry!" He said and she looked at him with an arched brow.
