The air was still thick with the remnants of destruction as Yuji hovered above the warship's shattered remains, the massive wings of his Ghidorah form casting a shadow over the carnage below. The three Boa sisters, nestled in their small boat, gazed up at the colossal creature that had just obliterated a fleet of the World Government's most formidable forces. Their eyes were wide, a mix of awe and fear painted across their faces.
Hancock, the eldest and most composed of the three, could barely keep her breath steady. The sheer power Yuji had unleashed was beyond anything she had ever witnessed. Even from their distance, the raw energy had caused the boat to rock violently, almost capsizing them in the process. Marigold and Sandersonia clung to each other, their usual bravado replaced by a stark realization of how insignificant they were in the presence of such overwhelming might.
"Is that really Yuji...?" Hancock whispered, her voice trembling. The pride and confidence that usually colored her words were gone, replaced by a deep-seated uncertainty. "That form... what is he?"
The silence among the sisters was palpable, each of them trying to process what they had just witnessed. The Ghidorah, with its three roaring heads and titanic wings, was no ordinary transformation. It was a force of nature, a harbinger of destruction that defied logic and reason.
As the last of the debris from the warship fell into the ocean, Yuji's massive form began to descend, his golden scales shimmering under the light of the setting sun. With a final, earth-shaking roar, he landed next to the boat, his three heads lowering to their level, each set of eyes focusing on the sisters. The sheer size difference made them feel like ants in the presence of a god.
Then, without warning, the transformation began to reverse. The monstrous form shrank, the wings retracted, and the serpentine heads disappeared. Within moments, Yuji was standing on the deck of their small boat, his human form restored. His expression was calm, almost casual, as if he had just completed a mundane task.
The sisters stared at him, speechless. Hancock, usually so composed and in control, found herself at a loss for words. Finally, she managed to speak, her voice shaky. "Yuji... what was that? What did we just witness?"
Yuji glanced at them, a faint smile playing on his lips. "That? That was just me getting a little serious."
"A little serious?!" Marigold blurted out, her eyes wide with disbelief. "You destroyed an entire warship and everyone on it! That's more than just 'serious'!"
Sandersonia nodded in agreement, her usually fierce demeanor softened by the sheer shock of what she had seen. "I've never seen anything like it. Are you really human?"
Yuji chuckled, his amusement clear. "Human? That's one way to put it. But let's just say I've got a few tricks up my sleeve."
'Well I can't let them know that I have a small internal injury from the two vice admiral, right?'
Hancock studied him, her sharp eyes searching for any sign of deceit. But all she saw was the same calm confidence that had drawn her to him in the first place. Slowly, she nodded, though the questions still lingered in her mind.
Before they could ask anything else, Yuji glanced towards the horizon, where the silhouette of an island was coming into view. "We should get moving. I've got some friends waiting for us."
Without waiting for a response, Yuji extended his hand, and with a light touch, the boat was lifted into the air. The Boa sisters clung to the sides, their surprise renewed as they felt the boat rise effortlessly, propelled by Yuji's immense power.
The flight to the island was swift, the wind whipping through their hair as Yuji flew with ease, his wings slicing through the sky. Hancock couldn't help but steal glances at him, still trying to reconcile the terrifying creature she had seen with the calm, almost nonchalant young man beside her.
As they approached the island, the dense jungle and rocky cliffs became clearer. Yuji descended slowly, his landing precise and gentle, ensuring the boat touched down smoothly on the sandy beach.
The moment they landed, Yuji's form shimmered, his wings disappearing as he fully reverted to his human state. He stretched his arms casually, as if shaking off the last remnants of his transformation. Hancock, still in awe, couldn't take her eyes off him.
"Welcome to my little hideaway," Yuji said, gesturing towards the island. "It's not much, but it's home for now."
Before Hancock could respond, two figures burst out from the trees, racing towards them with unrestrained enthusiasm. Ulti and Page One, had the energy of children and the strength of beasts. They skidded to a halt in front of Yuji, wide grins plastered on their faces.
"Yuji! You're back!" Ulti exclaimed, practically bouncing on her toes. "And you brought guests!"
Page One nodded eagerly, his eyes bright with curiosity as he looked at the three sisters. "Who are they? Are they strong? Do they fight?"
Hancock blinked, momentarily caught off guard by the sudden appearance of the two youngsters. She opened her mouth to speak, but before she could say anything, Ulti had already rushed over, inspecting her with an intensity that bordered on intrusive.
"Wow, you're really pretty!" Ulti declared, circling Hancock like a hawk. "Are you a fighter? Do you use Haki? Can you teach us?"
Marigold and Sandersonia, recovering from their initial shock, exchanged amused glances. It was clear that the two siblings were full of energy and mischief, their youthful exuberance a stark contrast to the grim reality the sisters had faced for so long.
Yuji chuckled, stepping between them. "Ulti, Page One, these are the Boa sisters. They've had a rough time lately, so go easy on them."
Ulti pouted, clearly disappointed that she wouldn't get to test her strength against them, but she nodded nonetheless. "Okay, fine. But you've got to spar with me later, Yuji!"
Page One, however, was more interested in the sisters' story. He leaned forward, his eyes wide with curiosity. "How did you end up here? Did you fight Marines? Or pirates? Or both?"
Hancock hesitated, her gaze shifting to Yuji. The memory of their ordeal was still fresh, and the last thing she wanted was to relive it. Hancock slowly opens her mouth and said "It's not something we can share casually"
The mood instantly shifted. Ulti and Page One, who had been so full of energy moments before, went silent, their expressions serious.
For a moment, the only sound was the distant crashing of waves against the shore. The weight of the sisters' story hung in the air, a stark reminder of the cruelty that existed in the world.
Finally, Hancock looked up at Yuji, her eyes meeting his. "You saved us from that life. We owe you but that doesn't mean I completely trust you"
Before Yuji can answer, Hancock ask something "Why did you save us even though you didn't know anything about us?"
Yuji didn't answer immediately "Because no one deserves to live like that," he said softly.
Hancock's heart swelled with emotion, her previous doubts fading away. She could see now that Yuji wasn't just powerful.
Ulti, sensing the tension, decided to lighten the mood. She nudged Page One, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. "Hey, Page One! Bet you can't beat me in a race to that tree over there!"
Page One grinned back, happy to follow his sister's lead. "You're on!"
Before anyone could stop them, the two siblings took off, racing towards the nearest tree with all the enthusiasm of children at play. Their laughter echoed through the trees, a welcome contrast to the heavy conversation that had just taken place.
The Boa sisters watched them, a small smile finally breaking through Hancock's serious demeanor. "They're... quite spirited," she observed, her tone softening.
Yuji nodded, his eyes following the two.
Little did Yuji know that the two Vice Admirals did manage survive from his attack.
