"Focus, Romano" I rubbed my face roughly.
A little brunette hair girl has been on my mind lately. You needed to see the disappointment on her face when I carried her to the shower instead of dealing with her, the way she thought I would.
She's beginning to show her true colors. Or maybe I'm beginning to taint her badly.
No, everyone has a dark, tainted side and maybe hers is just beginning to slip out.
"Rico Sweeney." The name of the doctor my mother has been blessing his account balance abundantly.
Could she be having an affair with him?
"So she's paying for the affair?" I scoffed, shaking my head at my imagination.
"Why are you talking to yourself?" A soft feminine voice asked, startling me a bit. I closed my eyes, calming down my beating heart and raged breaths.
