"Everyone get down here, Now!" The Don roared out loud. I looked at Maryann giving her an inquisitive look. She shrugged before pulling me to the living room.
His voice did sound dangerous so that means everything is not alright. My stomach churned. No I wasn't hungry, I just felt uneasy.
"What's happening?" Mrs Callamore asked, looking around.
"Where's Vivian?" Romano glared at his mother before averting his gaze to me.
"I'm here, my love" Vivian said, swaying her hips dramatically as she swayed down the stairs. "What's going on?"
"Good. I'll ask this question one time and I expect an answer immediately" He said pointing at no one in particular.
"Okay?" Mrs Callamore said, folding her arms
I don't even know why Maryann and I are being dragged into whatever this is. All we do in this house is clean up and make food. If he wasn't a well respected man - as well as the Don of the Upper Coast of New York, I would've walked out.
